Craig Wilkinson has over 30 years experience in the financial service industry. He is passionate about Advice businesses being able to provide quality personalised advice to a range of clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. He also believes that being compliant should not inhibit the provision of quality advice and services by identifying processes and systems that are not invasive and time consuming. Through his career Craig has: Over 20 years as an Adviser for a large licensee Managed groups of advisers in the provision of quality advice Participated in system and process development to better comply with legislative requirements Consulted, implemented and successfully managed remediation programs for Advice business' Craig is a member of the FPA, has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (member ID 023188) since 1999 and has also passed the FASEA Exam. He is also a current independent member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Shire of Mundaring

Gayle established RMGC Consulting in 2016 building on extensive financial industry experience including over 20 years in senior compliance roles where she gained a deep understanding of the industry framework, challenges and regulatory obligations. As a consultant, she has worked with clients of varying sizes and complexity, including through the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, undertaking AFSL audits, conducting adviser file reviews and vetting services, complaints and breach management, regulator communications, developing policies and standards and providing solutions to meet changing legislative and operational requirements. Gayle is passionate about delivering expert advice and tailored compliance solutions that drive adviser efficiency, quality advice and services, and positive client outcomes. Gayle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, has a Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
