Before joining RPM in 2015, Aaron spent the early 2000's as an global account rep for an international technology company. This gave him priceless customer service, communication, and project management experience. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University has formed the foundation of his experience in technology. When he's not at the soccer field with his kids, Aaron spends his family time camping, hiking and biking.
Results-driven, passionate professional with 14 years of experience in technical support, customer service, project management, and team leadership. A history of achievement in directing high-caliber teams of experts in technical support and help desk operations with a hands-on approach to leadership leveraged to benefit customer operations.
Chris Prader has more than two decades of diverse IT and strategic management experience in leading Information Technology for global companies. He has lived and worked internationally throughout Europe, Asia, and Australia. As CEO of RPM, Chris is responsible for the company's client success and satisfaction culture. When not working, you can find him vacationing with family and flying airplanes as a private pilot.

Chuck is a senior technology leader that has a diverse background of over 25 years in technology development, project management, senior leadership, business startups in industries ranging from Government agencies, Healthcare, Construction, Automotive, Finance and Insurance. Chuck is a Butler University MBA alumni and has a University of Arkansas undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems.

Mark Fricker has more than a quarter of a century of IT experience, primarily in heavily regulated environments.
Ron has three decades of diverse IT experience developing and deploying complex solutions across multiple industries. Ron's diverse background includes Director of IT and Architecture for Gauge Telematics where he led both the development and IT operation teams for Gauge's SaaS application. Prior to that Ron was with Indiana University Health where he was Senior Enterprise Architect over infrastructure, network, security and big data analytics and 11 years with IBM as Chief Architect for outsourcing contracts. When not working, Ron is an avid DYI'er and enjoys having projects that involve building something.
