Brian's past experience includes over 30 years as a residential Realtor in the Dallas metropolitan area. Brian has closed over 1,000 transactions in D-FW in his career and is skilled at assessing market trends and helping his clients write winning offers. As a licensed Broker in the State of Texas since 1992, he knows Texas Real Estate contracts and is very familiar with real estate laws and regulations. He began his career in residential in the development of several luxury communities in the suburbs of Murphy, McKinney, Parker and Lucas before joining Ebby Halliday Realtors in 2011. In earlier years, he served as an assistant manager of the Chase Tower in Downtown Dallas and also as an asset manager for a predecessor institution of JP Morgan Chase Bank. A native North Texan, he knows which locales offer the best environments to accommodate your particular lifestyle. Brian earned his Master's and Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Mississippi and loves Ole Miss Football. He enjoys spending time with his two high school aged boys and attending their sports events as well as fishing, biking, skiing and home remodeling projects. Brian served for 6 years as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Building Standards Commission for the City of Richardson. He is a graduate of Leadership Richardson and the Richardson Citizen's Police Academy.

Tracey resides in Richardson with her husband Brian and they have 2 high schools boys, that attend John Paul II High School in Plano.
