Angela is an Advertising/Marketing veteran with 20 years of experience. She has been in a leadership position for over a decade with proven business results and strong Admarcom knowledge in the APAC region. She comes with a wealth of extensive experience, having been well expose 360 degree in the marketing industry from running advertising agencies (CEO of Initiative China and Managing Director of Starcom China), media vendor (as a Publisher for Instyle and Maxim magazines under SCMP Group) to client's role as Regional Media Director (APAC) for LVMH Group. Driven by a passion to give back to the industry and groom future talents, Angela had been wearing a double hat as in-house trainer for the industry since her advertising days for over a decade. Koh Weng Wai

Weng was previously the Head of Online Marketplaces and Digital Marketing, which are two deeply connected portfolios within the Digital division. With Online Marketplaces, he heads up the STJobs, STClassifieds, STDirectory, FastJobs and Trezo teams made up of individuals in various product, marketing, tech and sales teams. He focuses on total business ownership for these products in addition to the general management of the P&L for all the products under his watch. In his three-year SPH career, this is his third placement that also includes a Product Development role focused on monetisation on SPH's digital products. Previously, he can be spotted selling his digital wares in the hallways of P&G and MediaCom as the ASEAN digital lead for Team P&G covering SEA markets. During Weng's formative career years, he trained as programmer, specialized in systems & networks and managed the execution of key projects. Madeline Tan

Her last role in MediaCorp as Division Lead, Integrated Account Management involved planning and strategizing for the overall growth of TV advertising sales, focusing on key industry sectors such as FMCG, Banking and Finance, Fastfood and Restaurants, Courier Services and Exhibitions. She was the Head of APAC Advertising Sales, ESPN APAC leading and build ESPN APAC digital business, particularly in North Asia and grew the revenue by 40% during her 2 years with the company. From 2009 to 2013, she was the Director, Advertising Sales, Group Digital L!fe at SingTel and is responsible for overseeing the advertising sales initiatives of all SingTel integrated platforms which include, mioTV, mobile, inSing and more. Mr Ben Tan

Ms Lim Mei Mei

Pearlyn Tseng

In 2016, as part of a national Enabling Masterplan to build a caring and inclusive nation, she led the ‘See the true me' public education campaign, to address public attitudes towards persons with disabilities (PwDs). The campaign has won 11 awards including Best Government PR campaign for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018. More importantly, more in the community are seeing PwDs for their abilities instead of their disabilities and the campaign has generated greater interest in the hiring of PwDs in Singapore. Prior to joining NCSS, she led the Corporate Marketing and Industry Partnership teams in Health Promotion Board (HPB). Her stint at HPB was where she built up the award-winning ‘I Quit' campaign brand and brought many health concerns such as obesity, dementia, colon cancer to the forefront of public attention. She has also worked with corporate brands to bring greater value and strategic alignment to industry partnership engagements and was part of the pioneer team involved in the development of a loyalty programme in the integrated Healthhub mobile app to encourage healthy behaviours in Singaporeans. Ted Choo

Ted Choo is a serial enterprising marketer. Currently at Singapore Management University as Head of Corporate Marketing & Branding; his career has span areas as diverse as marketing, advertising, media, design, business consulting, start-ups, fund raising, mentorship and volunteerism. His initial career years were spent with prestigious firms such as Ogilvy & Mather, American Express and The Ball Partnership/EURO RSCG. In 1993, a combination of enterprise, rebellious streak and naivety took Ted into unchartered territory by pioneering Monsoon Advertising with a few friends. They became known as the ‘giant killer' having clinched Mercedes Benz/Cycle & Carriage on their maiden pitch. 7 years later with a stable of big international clients and strings of awards; they merged with Lowe & Partners Worldwide. In 2000, with ‘dot.com' dreams shattered, Ted and a few friends started Gosh Advertising to ‘fuel the soul and spirit (and fill their stomachs)'. It was an adventure to say the least having braved through the global financial crisis and SARS. It was a test of tenacity, compassion, business acumen, personal and professional character. Following three successful joint ventures in Financial Marketing (HK), Shopper Marketing (US) and Property Marketing (China) and a healthy brand in Gosh; Ted sold his shares after 12 years at the helm. Ted's contributions to the industry was as President of The 4As (2009 -2012) where he led the industry charge on key initiatives to improve the professionalism and recognition of his marketing and advertising colleagues. He worked tirelessly with WDA, Design Council, SPRING Singapore, e2i, NTUC and C4As. His efforts can be seen at the Singapore Pavilion of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. In addition to running his own business and being the President of The 4As, Ted also mentors and lectures at Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, SMU and GroupM. He was on the Advisory Panel of NUS New Media & Communications at the same time. These experiences of learning and imparting had a profound impression that led Ted to his second wind. Having sold off his business, Ted took a gap year (2013) to travel, volunteer, discover and reflect. Trekking in Bhutan, building homes in Bangladesh, Laos, Cambodia and Batam; animal conservation works in Zimbabwe and South Africa to organic farming in Chiang Mai… those were the happiest moments for Ted. Aside from his day job at SMU, Ted also judges at Award shows such as NYP's Entrepreneurship Day, Singapore Established Brand Award, Singapore Media Awards and Asia Effies. In his spare time, Ted takes long runs, goes through his bucket list and continue his volunteer work to advance the less fortunate across the region.
