SMITH AGENCY

Smith Agency is a Winnipeg-based apartment and condominium property management company that has been in operation since 1910. For the first 77 years, Smith Agency focused strictly on renting and managing apartment buildings, expanding to include condominium management in 1987. Originally owned and operated by the Smith family, the company has grown to include other owners as well. Smith Agency is a member of the Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).
