Adam Hendricks is a Managing Director with STG. Since joining STG, Adam has been involved in numerous investments including Dodge Construction Network, Evidera (sold to PPD), Extenda Retail, Fishbowl, First Advantage (sold to Silver Lake Partners), Maincare (sold to Montagu), Symphony Health Solutions (sold to PRA Health Sciences), Symphony Talent, and System C (sold to CVC Capital Partners). Prior to joining STG, Adam worked as an Analyst in Citigroup's technology investment banking practice in Palo Alto.

Anne Russ is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for STG. She leads the firm's financing activities across new investments and existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining STG, Anne worked in investment banking for over 20 years. Most recently, Anne was a Managing Director and Head of Technology, Media and Telecom Leveraged Finance at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for originating, structuring and executing debt financings across leveraged loans and high yield bonds for both corporate and financial sponsor clients. Previously, Anne worked for Goldman Sachs in London for several years, focused on M&A transactions for financial sponsors. She started her career as an analyst in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Anne graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College.

Camille is Principal, Business Development with STG where she is responsible for deal sourcing as well as developing relationships with investment bankers and other financial professionals. Camille leads the firm's business development efforts for STG's Allegro Strategy focused on lower middle market investments in the enterprise software and software-enabled technology services sectors.
Previously, Camille was a Vice President in Harris Williams & Co's Technology, Media & Telecom Group in San Francisco. She advised entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity and venture capital groups, and corporations on mergers, acquisitions, and growth equity transactions across the Internet, digital media, eCommerce, software, and technology-enabled business services sectors. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Camille worked at Wells Fargo.

Chris Langone is Managing Director, Head of Business Development with STG where he leads the firm's worldwide business development efforts. Chris is responsible for deal sourcing as well as developing relationships with investment bankers and other financial professionals.
Prior to STG, Chris was an investment banker for over 15 years, handling M&A transactions, public equity offerings and debt financings for tech-enabled services, software, information services, marketing services, and human capital companies. He previously served as a vice president at boutique investment bank Redwood Capital Group, based in New York. Prior to Redwood, Chris was with Bank of America and BMO Capital Markets. During his tenure on Wall Street, he completed more than $4 billion of transactions for more than 45 growth stage and middle-market companies.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

As Vice President of Finance, Cindy is responsible for leading STG's accounting, human resources and financial planning and analysis groups.
Cindy brings over 20 years of private equity fund administration, partnership accounting and tax experience. Cindy joined STG in mid-2019 from Illumina Ventures, where she was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer responsible for all reporting, compliance and administrative functions of the venture firm.
Her career in private equity began at HM Capital (formerly Hicks, Muse, Tate, and Furst) overseeing GAAP and tax reporting for funds totaling over $12 billion in AUM. After 9 years she left HM Capital to develop and lead JP Morgan's private equity fund services group in Dallas as a Vice President in charge of providing administration services to HM Capital and other private equity firms.
After relocating to the Bay Area, Cindy joined CM Capital, an advisor to a prominent Hong Kong-based family, as the Director of Accounting where she focused on reporting and tax for various assets classes within the portfolio. She returned to fund administration joining Standish Management as a Director, providing CFO level services to various private equity, venture capital, and FOF clients.
Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
David Ibarra is an associate with STG. Prior to joining STG, David worked as an investment banking analyst in the Technology Group at Barclays in Menlo Park. David graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Finance and MS in Finance.

Devan Marshall is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for STG. Devan is responsible for managing the firm's existing client relationships and new capital formation. Devan brings more than 20 years of experience to STG. He previously served as the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Apogem Capital, a $38 billion private markets platform, and its predecessor PA Capital. At Apogem, Devan oversaw investor relationships and capital raising for the firm globally and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Apogem, Devan was a Managing Director in BlackRock's Alternative Investment Group and primarily spent time developing relationships with investors in the US and Europe, as well as new product development. Devan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Ed Didier is a Principal with STG. Before joining STG, Ed was a Principal at Bain & Company in the Private Equity Group and the Technology practice, based in San Francisco, where he led deals in the enterprise software, data center and technology-enabled services verticals.
Prior to Bain, Ed worked at QInvest in Qatar, executing strategic investments on behalf of the Principal Investments team and advising external clients on mergers and acquisitions. Ed started his career at Morgan Stanley in London, where he advised clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, fairness opinions, equity capital raisings and other strategic initiatives.

Edoardo is responsible for deal sourcing as well as for developing relationships with bankers and other industry and corporate professionals for STG in Europe and is the managing director of STG Italy S.r.l..
Edoardo joined STG in September 2014 from JobRapido, the second-largest global player in the job-aggregator segment, where he was the CEO. Prior to that Edoardo was the CEO of Amber Capital Investment SGR in Italy, part of the Amber Capital Investment Management group. Previously Edoardo worked for 15 years in London at the FTSE 250 Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, the international business-to-business information group, where he was a member of the executive committee and a main board director with executive responsibilities across a number of the firm's businesses around the world.
Edoardo holds a degree from the University of Economy and Commerce in Turin.

Greyson Lawrence is a Vice President with STG. Prior to joining STG, Greyson worked for two years as an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Guggenheim Partners in New York. Greyson graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Finance.
Ines is a Senior Associate at STG. Before STG, she worked at Walton Street Capital, a real estate private equity firm, where she focused on industrial and hospitality acquisitions across Mexico. Prior to Walton Street, Ines worked at Boston Consulting Group in Mexico City, where she worked on growth strategy projects across retail, construction, and government sectors. Ines also gained experience through an internship with Apollo Global Management's real estate private equity team in New York.
Ines holds an MBA from The Wharton School as an Antonio Carrillo Fellow and a BS in Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico, with honors. Ines is also an NAIC scholarship recipient and a Toigo Fellow.

Ishan Manaktala is an Operating Partner with STG where he works actively with the deal team on commercial due diligence and is engaged with STG portfolio companies in their value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining STG, Ishan was an Operating Partner at Symphony AI (SAI) where he actively worked with portfolio companies on their transformational journey -from ideation, incubation, acquisition, and growth to exit. At SAI he was a board member of Symphony Media AI and CEO of Ayasdi AI.
Before joining SAI, Ishan was Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director of CoreOne Technologies, an STG portfolio company that was successfully exited to IHSMarkit (NYSE: INFO). At CoreOne he assumed roles of progressive leadership scope-from managing offshore operations and owning P&L for strategic business units to CFO and COO functions.
Ishan spent the first decade of his career in Capital Markets Technology in varied entrepreneurial roles of pre-sales and product at Deutsche Bank, Citi Group, and Russell Investment Group.
Ishan has a dual MBA degree from Columbia Business School and London Business School. He currently serves on the board of directors of Nomis.
J.T. Treadwell has led a variety of STG investments in health care, retail analytics, and marketing services, including AlphaImpactRx (sold to IMS Health/IQVIA), Celtra, Connexity (sold to Taboola.com), Extenda Retail, Evidera (sold to PPD), Escalent, Onclusive, RedSeal, Simmons Research (now MRI Simmons), SPH Analytics (sold to Press Ganey and Azara Healthcare), SurveyMonkey, Symphony Health Solutions (sold to PRA Health Sciences), and Teleca (merged with Symphony Services to become Symphony Teleca, sold to Harman), as well as helping lead investments in GERS Retail Systems (sold to RedPrairie), Intentia (acquired by Lawson), IRI (sold to New Mountain Capital), MSC (sold to Hexagon), and Symphony Marketing Solutions (sold to Genpact), prior to becoming Managing Director.
Before joining STG in 2003, J.T. was the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Qiva, a global logistics software firm. Before Qiva, J.T. worked at Bessemer Venture Partners as an associate, where he helped create investments in companies including Worldchain, Nistevo and Trigo Technologies (acquired by IBM) J.T. also served as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he helped lead numerous strategic marketing and business development deals for clients in the technology, consumer goods and finance sectors.

Jack Peterman is a Vice President with STG. Since joining STG, Jack has been involved in several investments including Celtra, RedSeal, and Winshuttle (sold to Precisely). Prior to joining STG, Jack worked as an investment banking analyst in the Consumer group at Harris Williams in San Francisco. Jack graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
Jaswin Singh is an Accounting Manager at STG, where she is responsible for handling various internal finance and accounting projects and analyses.
Joe is a Principal with STG. Prior to STG, Joe worked at TPG in San Francisco on the internet, media and communications team, investing across the firm's buyout, growth, and IMC strategies. He was part of TPG's acquisitions of regional cable operators RCN, Grande, and Wave to form Astound Broadband. He was also part of TPG's acquisition of Fandom, where he spent time driving value creation as interim CFO and led the acquisition of Curse Media from Amazon.
Prior to TPG, Joe was a banker with Morgan Stanley's media & communications team in New York.
Joe graduated from Boston College with degrees in Biology and Economics.
John Ouren is an Operating Partner at STG. As a part of his Operating Partner role, John was most recently Executive Chairman of Simmons Research and led the creation of the MRI-Simmons joint venture between GfK and Simmons. Prior to his role at Simmons, John was the CEO of AlphaImpactRx where he grew EBITDA over 60% over his tenure. John successfully led the company to its sale to IMS Health in 2016 and remained with the company to achieve a successful transition.
Before his time with STG, John was a senior executive at SurveyMonkey, where he spent twelve months successfully integrating the acquisition of Zoomerang, Zoompanel, and TrueSample, formerly of MarketTools, into the SurveyMonkey survey and audience platform. Prior to SurveyMonkey, he was EVP and General Manager of Zoompanel, Zoomerang, and TrueSample where he expanded and improved the performance of those businesses setting up a successful sale to SurveyMonkey. Prior to MarketTools, John was President and co-CEO of Goodmail Systems, a startup focused on disrupting the traditional commercial email space with a certified and secure email platform. Before he joined Goodmail, John was the EVP of Worldwide Field Operations at Digital Impact, an email marketing technology company sold to Acxiom Corporation. Before Digital Impact, John was a Senior Engagement Manager for Mckinsey & Company where he led studies on strategy and marketing for clients including Wells Fargo, ETrade, Intuit, and Apple Computer.

Jonas Majewski is a Vice President with STG. Prior to STG, Jonas worked at Vector Capital in San Francisco, where he concentrated on middle market buyouts and strategic investments in infrastructure technology and security software businesses. Jonas was also a part of the firm's investment in Cornerstone OnDemand, and worked on key GTM and strategic finance initiatives as part of Cornerstone's Special Projects team. Earlier in his career, Jonas was an investment banker with Citigroup's technology practice in San Francisco.

Kelly Carlson is Managing Director, Head of Talent with STG, where she is leading the firm's talent efforts, working across the portfolio to attract CEOs and executive leadership teams to drive results. Kelly's mandate includes the curation of a CEO and senior leaders network aligned with the firm's investment priorities. Driving innovations of assessment and human capital best practices to the portfolio companies are key tenants of STG's talent strategy.
Kelly joined STG in 2019 from TillmanCarlson, a retained executive search boutique, recruiting CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and GTM leaders, where she served as one of the co-founders of the firm before being appointed President & CEO. Prior to launching her firm in 2003, Kelly spent eight years at Russell Reynolds Associates as one of the early members of the firm's technology practice, working predominantly in software and services. Kelly started her career with AT&T and MCI in sales and account management.

Kevin is a Vice President with STG. Before joining STG, Kevin worked at Veritas Capital in New York where he focused on middle-market and large-cap control private equity investments in healthcare information technology, enterprise software, government services, and aerospace & defense businesses. Prior to Veritas, Kevin began his career as an investment banker with Citigroup's healthcare team in New York.

Kevin Zhu is a senior associate with STG. Prior to joining STG, Kevin worked for two years as an investment banking analyst as a generalist at Barclays in Chicago. Kevin graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics.
As operating partner since October 2011, Mahinder Mathrani helps portfolio companies in their business transformation efforts to significantly enhance customer and shareholder value. He brings over 40 years of diverse global general management, customer facing and operations experience.
Mahinder returned to the STG family from Genpact in 2011, where he spent twenty months successfully integrating the acquisition of Symphony Marketing Solutions, formerly an STG portfolio company, leveraging a global delivery model for data management and analytics to deliver market and customer insights to global marketing services companies.
Prior to Genpact, he was President and COO of Symphony Marketing Solutions (2007 to 2010), where he was instrumental in launching, building, and operating the company before its acquisition by Genpact. Prior to Symphony Marketing Solutions, Mahinder spent over fifteen years with IRi, an exited STG investment sold to New Mountain, where he held a variety of senior level roles in client services, sales and marketing, technology consulting, and operations.
Before joining IRi, Mahinder had more than a decade of diverse international business experience in a variety of research, analytic, and product management positions at companies like Citicorp, the Arbitron Company, and the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.
Mahinder holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and an MBA with specialization in Finance and Operations Research from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Marc Bala is a Managing Director with STG, where he has helped lead and manage STG's investments in Capco (sold to FIS), Consilio (sold to Shamrock), CoreOne Technologies (sold to Markit), Fishbowl, First Advantage (sold to Silver Lake Partners), Skyhigh Security and Trellix (from the combination of McAfee Enterprise and FireEye), Nomis, and Symphony Talent.
Marc joined Symphony in 2006 from Capco, a provider of consulting services to the financial services industry. Before joining Capco, Marc was a Senior Associate at a boutique merchant bank where he advised and invested in enterprise software and technology services companies.
Marc started his career in the corporate finance practice at Farrell Grant Sparks, an Ireland-based accounting and consulting firm focused on the technology industry.

Marshall Haines is a Managing Director with STG with extensive operating, strategy and investing experience focused on sourcing and executing investments. Marshall has led STG's investments in Maincare (acquired by Montagu), quCare (acquired by Nexus), and System C (acquired by CVC). Marshall joined STG from Williston Financial Group, where he was Chief Operating Officer.
Marshall also spent five years with TPG Capital's San Francisco office, where he was a Principal. During this period, he led deals in the areas of financial and technology-enabled services. Prior to his position with TPG Capital, Marshall was a Principal with Bain Capital in both Boston and San Francisco. During his 10 years with Bain, he worked on deals in multiple market sectors including technology, healthcare, and distribution.

She is a keen follower of new technology trends with an entrepreneurial passion for innovation.

Pat Fouhy is a Principal at STG. Prior to joining STG, Pat spent nearly 15 years as an investment banker providing financial and strategic advice to software companies and private equity firms across a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters including M&A, capital structure and joint ventures, as well as public and private debt and equity financings. Most recently, Pat was a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he co-headed the firm's enterprise application software practice. Prior to Moelis, Pat was a senior member of the software M&A team at Lazard Frères & Co. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities in the Global Technology Group.

Phil Anderson is a Vice President with STG. Phil is involved with current investments eProductivity Software, Fishbowl, Onclusive, and Nomis. Prior to joining STG, Phil worked for three years as an analyst in the Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Phil graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.A. in Economics.
As Director of IT and Security, Ravi oversees STG's technology operations which include maintaining information security, operational resiliency, and cybersecurity regulatory posture. Ravi brings over 18 years of technical experience acquired through various roles at a variety of companies in the technology sector.
Ravi joined STG in 2013 and had driven the modernization of their operational infrastructure, including the leveraging of cloud-based services. He has focused on improving overall security through implementation of technologies, policies, and procedures, and driving end-user adoption for standards. Ravi led key business initiatives for the firm centered around data loss protection, backup and recovery, managed IT and security services implementation, and helpdesk rollout.
Prior to STG, Ravi held various roles at Symphony Teleca ("STC"), a portfolio company of STG, and various of its subsidiaries. Most recently, Ravi was STC's IT Manager where he drove operational initiatives between corporate offices throughout USA and India. His responsibilities included the migration of operational resources into STC's global infrastructure, including assisting with the implementation of other STG portfolio companies' outsourcing of services to STC. Ravi was also responsible for providing end-user support to STG management company and maintained their network and servers as part of STC's managed services offerings. Prior to that, Ravi held various IT operations and senior application engineer roles at other STC-acquired entities - Symphony-Metreo and SymphonyRPM.

Rushi Kulkarni is a Managing Director with STG, where he has helped lead and manage STG's investments in AFS (sold to Telus), Cadmium, CaseWorthy, RSA and Trace One. Rushi co-leads STG's Allegro strategy focused on lower middle market investments in the enterprise software and software-enabled technology services sectors.
Rushi joined STG in 2018 from Jefferies. Prior to STG, Rushi spent over ten years in investment banking advising software companies, private equity, and venture capital clients on a variety of transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, and public equity offerings. During his tenure on Wall Street, he has completed more than 65 transactions aggregating over $45 billion in total deal value.
Rushi has an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a B.E. in Computer Science from Pune University, India. Rushi currently serves on the board of directors of Cadmium, RSA, Trace One and CaseWorthy.

Samir Duggal is the Senior Vice President, Business Operations, STG Labs.
Samir brings more than 27 years of experience in product management, product engineering, operations, and onshore/offshore transformation initiatives.
Samir has spent 10 years in the STG family (2006-2016) with Symphony Teleca in a variety of roles managing delivery and innovation capabilities for product engineering, dev ops, QA automation, cloud based SaaS software delivery, data security and compliance. While at Symphony Teleca, he managed the teams for several of the STG portfolio companies including Maincare, Symphony Talent, Ventiv and First Advantage. Before joining Symphony Teleca, Samir worked with i2 Technologies at Dallas and MetricStream in Bangalore.
Samir has had two entrepreneurial stints: the first time as a co-founder of a smart store retail company ‘KWIK24', which was acquired by Big Basket (India's largest on-line grocery store) within two years of being founded, and the second time to help the founder scale a SaaS talent lifecycle management solution company ‘My Ally.AI' which was recently acquired by Phenom, an AI powered talent management company.
Samir comes with functional expertise on human talent lifecycle management and AI, supply chain management, consumer facing B2C businesses and retail. He has also set-up and run global teams in India, Russia, and Morocco, and incubated joint ventures in China.
Seth Peck is a Principal with STG. Prior to joining the firm, Seth was a Principal at middle-market private equity firm, Ridgemont Equity Partners, where he executed transactions and served on the board of a number of investments in the software and technology sector. Prior to joining Ridgemont, Seth worked in the investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Stefano joined STG's Operations Group after spending four years at one of STG's portfolio companies, First Advantage, where he served as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. In this role, he leveraged his extensive background in managing the development of web-based enterprise applications to drive continuous innovation and improvement of First Advantage's technology solutions. Stefano joined First Advantage during a time of significant growth and expansion, leading two acquisitions, driving platform rationalization, offshoring, implementing CRM and ERP, managing continuous product development and launching new innovative products/solutions.

As STG's Chief Financial Officer, Steve Henkenmeier is responsible for the firm's finance, technology, legal, human resources, compliance and administrative functions.
Steve assists with STG's deal structuring, portfolio management and driving transformational initiatives within the portfolio. Prior to joining STG, Steve held chief financial officer and senior finance, strategy and business development roles at several software and professional services companies including ClickSquared, Pri-Med, Mainspring, IBM and Novell.
His expertise includes public and private debt and equity financings, deal sourcing and diligence, corporate strategy and transformations, pricing optimization, systems implementations and compensation programs. Steve got his start as a certified public accountant and senior manager in the technology practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Steve graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree and from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with an MBA where he was named an Arjay Miller scholar. Subbu joined STG in early 2019 and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of STG Labs to assist and enable STG portfolio companies in their offshoring transformation activities. He is also on the Board of the India entities of STG's portfolio companies in an oversight and governance role to ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
Subbu brings over 18 years of diverse experience in the field of finance, accounting, operations, and compliance. He is a keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills. He joined STG from Oracle Financial Software Services where he spent nearly six years in finance, business planning, and operations, reporting to the COO of the company.
Prior to Oracle, Subbu was with Symphony Marketing Solutions (a Symphony company acquired by Genpact) for more than six years where he was part of the finance, accounting, and compliance functions. Subbu expanded his responsibilities at Genpact as the FP&A lead and finance integration specialist for acquisitions like Empower Research and Atyati Technologies. Prior to Symphony Marketing Solutions, Subbu had more than five years of experience in the areas of finance and accounts of various IT/ITES companies including Sterling Commerce, Torry Harris, and Mindteck India Limited.

Prior to STG, Sunit most recently worked as an investment professional at a San Francisco based, mid-market private equity firm, Champlain Capital Partners, where he focused on business services, asset light manufacturing and consumer products. Sunit worked on acquisitions of and strategic/financial initiatives with several portfolio companies including B27 LLC, Freeman Beauty and Bergensons Property Services.
Prior to business school, Sunit worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant where he focused on business development initiatives and advising clients in industries such as healthcare, software/hi-tech, financial services/insurance and manufacturing on IT strategy and operational improvements especially in the area of pricing strategy and optimization. He also worked at Citigroup Investment Banking in New York and ILFS Growth Equity in Mumbai, India.
Sunit has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a MS degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. At Georgia Tech, Sunit's MS thesis on designing materials in zero gravity situations using 3D computational modeling was sponsored by NASA and National Science Foundation (NSF). Swami brings over 20+ years of experience in diverse fields of Information Technology. He has extensive experience in Product Development for Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Management, SaaS Solutions, and Information Security, with extensive hands-on experience operating in globally distributed teams across the US and India, and in incubating and running successful offshore teams.
Most recently, Swami worked at First Advantage, formerly an STG portfolio company, where he served as Vice President for Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, and Development and also lead the First Advantage offshore IT center in Bangalore. In this role, he used his expertise in managing and building enterprise-grade web and mobile applications with a focus on research and development, platform consolidation, and migrations. Swami's experience includes CRM and ERP solutions, consolidation of data centers, business continuity planning, and migration of applications to the cloud.
Swami also spent time with Symphony Teleca (another former STG portfolio company) in various technical and technology leadership roles. Prior to First Advantage and Symphony Teleca, Swami was with the First American family of companies delivering SaaS applications and building software solutions.
Swami has an MBA with specialization in Information Systems and certification in Finance from PSG College of Technology, India, and various other certifications in Information Technology.
Ted Kamionek is an Operating Partner with STG, where he is leading the firm's GTM transformations across its portfolio companies. Ted's mandate is to assist portfolio companies in optimizing their sales and marketing motions to drive growth while increasing customer retention. This transformation often comes in many forms such as organization design, channel optimization, pricing strategies, segmentation, and much more.
Ted joined STG in 2022 from RSA Security, a large security software company, which was a division of Dell Technologies. STG acquired RSA Security in 2021 and subsequently created four distinct companies, each with its own sales and marketing strategy teams. Ted drove the successful transformation at RSA where he served as the COO and CRO of RSA for over four years. Prior to that role, Ted held many executive positions in Sales, Revenue Operations, Channel, Marketing, and Product Management at RSA, Dell, and EMC.
