The company's first projects included the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, (completed in 2003), and the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto, California, (completed in 2006). The Company acquired the 258 acre Saggio Hills property in Healdsburg, CA in 2005, and worked diligently over the next several years completing entitlements and preparing the land for development. In 2008, The Robert Green Company completed the high-profile restoration of the iconic Hollywood landmark, the Palladium Theater, in Hollywood, CA. The company has completed upscale hospitality projects in Hollywood and San Diego, California. As the Company's reach has expanded, so have the team, leveraging the most experienced and seasoned talent.
