Katie has been practicing dental hygiene since 2003. She has committed herself to providing compassionate care to her patients as well as building a positive patient-provider relationships with her patients over the last 13 years. She felt is was her calling to be of service after witnessing multiple patients with compromising conditions experience a decline in oral care due to difficulties getting into the dental office. She also has close personal experience in treating children with special needs, which led her to continue her education and receive her license as an Alternative Practice Hygienist. She is passionate and devoted to seeing these special patients because she believes everyone deserves necessary preventative dental care... Katie Santos, the tooth chick, is an RDHAP which allows her to travel outside the traditional dental office and provide mobile dental hygiene care to your own home.
