Job Titles:
  • CEO
  • FOUNDER
Alan Glazer has been involved in the entertainment business for over 25 years. He began his distinguished career at the William Morris Agency in the television packaging department, but was soon recruited to Roven Cavallo Productions. Fortuitously, in 1994, the famous producer and studio executive, Dawn Steel, merged with Roven Cavallo to create the powerhouse Atlas Entertainment; it is here that Alan honed his skills in the areas of marketing, distribution, financing, physical production, post-production, business affairs and the development of independent and studio films for the next 19 years. Mr. Glazer held many posts within Atlas Entertainment, including Executive Vice President of the company. This provided him with an unsurpassed understanding of media content, as well as the need for sound fiscal decisions to allow the creativity of the artist to flourish within the constraints of a budget. Alan has a profound respect for the relationship between content creators, financiers and producers, always expressing an unwavering commitment to preserving the creative integrity of writers, directors and actors, while balancing the need to be accountable to financiers. Growing Atlas and working in many roles allowed him to create strong relationships with A-list talent, filmmakers, the major film studios, TV networks and cable outlets, agents and managers across the industry. During Mr. Glazer`s tenure, Atlas Entertainment produced such films as 12 Monkeys, Scooby Doo, Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight, to name a few, and Mr. Glazer`s producing credits include, `Open Grave` directed by Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego; `Season of the Witch`, starring Nicolas Cage and directed by Dominic Sena; `The Bank Job`, starring Jason Statham and Saffron Burrows; and Tom Tykwer`s `The International`, starring Clive Owen and Naomi Watts; `Get Smart`, starring Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway; `City of Angels`, starring Nicolas Cage and Meg Ryan, (he also produced the HBO special `Making Angels`), and `Three Kings`, starring George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube
