Bill is a Regional Vice President and Customer Relationship Executive of Utility Solutions Partners. He brings 30 years of application and system implementation experience focused on Electric, Gas, Water, Waste Water and Solid Waste implementations. Bill's global experience includes projects run in North America, South America, Europe and Australia. He is well versed in managing projects that include utilizing off shore delivery centers.

Fran is a Senior Solution Architect and brings over 30 years of CIS, Utility, and IT knowledge and proficiency to USP. She has specific expertise with the Oracle Utilities product suite (Customer Care and Billing, Meter Data Management, and Service Order Management).
Fran's expert knowledge is based on more than 17 CIS implementation and system integration projects. She has specific, practical experience in every aspect of the meter to cash business process. Fran acquired her broad spectrum of knowledge as an Architect for some of the largest utility system integration firms, as well as with SPL WorldGroup where the Oracle Utility Product Suite was first developed.
Like many of her USP colleagues, she also held business and IT positions at a utility company and understands first hand the business and technical challenges our customers face each and every day.

Grant is a Senior Solution Architect and Project Manager with broad technical expertise and management hands-on experience. He is a proven leader in high technology, complex, software projects, employing multiple technologies in critical applications.
As a database and technical architecture expert, he is able to translate user needs into viable software solutions. He has the skills to steer an organization in the correct strategic technical direction. Grant employs his skills to perform detailed investigative analysis of business processes in collaboration with subject matter experts. He designs innovative software solutions to improve the business process to the point of becoming a best practice.
Grant's experience with the Oracle Utilities Product suite dates back to its inception at SPL WorldGroup and he was a Senior Architect for CC&B's flagship implementation at Pacific Gas & Electric. Grant also held positions with Oracle Product Management where he was responsible for designing new product features and integration strategies.

Nonna is the Regional Vice President and Customer Relationship Executive of Utility Solutions Partners. She brings 14 years of utility experience to USP.
Her subject matter expertise is in developing Customer-to-Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer Cloud Service (CCS) training tailored to every client. Nonna has a passion for engaging people and truly enjoys building relationships with clients of all levels.
Nonna has a Master of Business Administration degree from Breanau University in Georgia.
Steven is the President and Founder of Utility Solutions Partners. He brings to USP 30 years of experience in IT and more than 15 years within the Utility Industry.
Steven is considered a leader who combines executive management, business development, operations management and technical skills to successfully deliver best in class system integration consulting services. He has successfully led organizations to deliver implementation projects in virtually all operational support systems used within the utility industry, including customer service, billing, credit and collections, mobile work force, outage management and meter data management.
Prior to the founding of USP, Steven held senior consulting practice positions at Five Point, EP2M, Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit, SPL WorldGroup and eMeter Corporation. While in these positions, he oversaw the successful completion of many utility software implementation projects with a particular emphasis on Customer Care and Billing, Mobile Workforce and Meter Data Management.
Steven has a bachelor's degree in business administration and computer science from Seton Hall University.
