Brent Daniel - Chief Strategy Officer

Brent brings more than 25 years of diverse international experience in professional services, sales, marketing, and engineering management. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell and Queen's Universities and Bachelors of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick. An active community volunteer, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three grown children in Ottawa.

Fairweather has served in a number of senior leadership roles in healthcare IT and digital transformation over the past 20 years. Before joining the VeroSource team, he was CIO for the Province of New Brunswick, responsible for the strategic direction of provincial information and communications technology (ICT), digital transformation, cyber security, and privacy and information management across GNB. Prior to this role, Fairweather spent more than 10 years establishing enterprise architecture structure and standards for the New Brunswick Department of Health.

Helen specializes in product marketing, business development and social media strategy. She is skilled at describing complex technologies in simple language that conveys their key values, resonates across different demographics, and drives action towards strategic goals. Helen spent 10 years in the B2B financial technology sector in Toronto before returning with her family to Fredericton and working with clients in the city's tech and cybersecurity industries. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Postgraduate in Public Relations from Humber College. With two young kids, Helen doesn't have much in the way of spare time but enjoys being active and hosting friends as often as possible.

Verosource's Chief Operating Officer and Senior Program/Project Manager specializes in providing technology advice to public sector clients. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, where he also graduated from the Management Development Program and is a member of the Wallace McCain Institute Order. Kevin loves spending time with his wife and three kids and entertaining friends and family.

A VeroSource co-founder, Mark is passionate about using technology to improve health care. He's devoted his career to this aim, with 20+ years in the industry, including as a senior IT consultant on healthcare and government projects. Mark holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from UNB and is a member of the Wallace McCain Institute. He loves spending time with his wife and three kids at sporting and music events in his downtime.

Pat has a knack for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. He is an IT professional and software architect with 15 years of experience in a broad range of technologies. Outside the office, Pat loves getting outdoors to run, bike, kayak and travel.
