Grace holds a Masters in Mathematics and has always been good with numbers, a fitting skill for managing Waltair Venture's finances, operations, and human resources. She creatively removes obstacles and limitations that prevent business growth.
Grace, with her entrepreneurial spirit, focuses mainly on operations and business management. She contributes to the team with her extensive background in business management. Her experience paired with her degree in Mathematics makes for a powerful combination. When not in the office, she enjoys reading, writing and working on puzzles.
Sudha brings more than two decades of experience in IT and real estate investments. His main focus and primary strength is solving customer's pain points. He is a Data Scientist and a technologist with vast experience, having worked with cutting-edge startups as well as multi-national companies.
Sudha has architected successful enterprise products and lead various services projects. His focus is to enable teams to follow best practices in software design and development. Sudha's entrepreneurial spirit has led to his involvement in the real estate market. He pursues real estate ventures to provide affordable housing for families. When not in the office, he enjoys reading, writing, and being active in his community.
Sunil Bolleddu is a serial entrepreneur and invests in several early stage hi-tech companies. He has a vast experience and worked as a consultant with several fortune 500 companies like JP Morgan Chase, Standard and Poors, Ford, Boeing, Home Depot, Harley Davidson, Mens Wearhouse, Eaton etc for the past 20 years. While his knowledge in this space is vast, what distinguishes him, as a person and entrepreneur, is what he stands for and the lengths he is willing to go to be a stand for others.
He is actively involved in silicon valley start-up ecosystem and advice several start-ups. He holds masters in management from University of Texas, San Antonio and advanced cyber security certifications from Stanford University.
Syam brings more than ten years of experience to the information technology and software development industry. Aside from working in a variety of positions at HP for nearly a decade, the depth and breadth of Syam's leadership expands beyond industry relevant accolades and experience.
He is a certified Scrum Master and is familiar with both traditional Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. Syam is a stand for creating a shared vision, alignment, and exploring new possibilities with clients. He strategically approaches each newfound possibility with precise execution, leading teams to understand, partner, execute and deliver on client projects.
