ACCURO - Key Persons
I am Chief Risk Officer for the Accuro Group, based in Jersey. I joined the company in early 2023 as Group Head of Compliance and was promoted to my current role in December 2023. I work across all of our jurisdictions and am responsible for the efficient and effective governance of regulatory compliance.
I have over 25 years of risk management experience and began my risk career at RBSI, where I covered numerous risk roles including the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for RBSI and Coutts Jersey. I have also held principal persons roles for JTC as Senior Director Head of Risk and Compliance and Appleby Global Services as the Group CRO.

I am the CFO for Accuro, based in Geneva but active throughout the group. I am responsible for the financial health of Accuro across the Group, with particular reference to our unique ownership structure.
I thrive on helping clients understand their personal income/expenditure and balance sheet with the same diligence that they would expect their CFO to review their business. I am a proud father, enjoy travel (both near and far) and speak fluent French.

As the Managing Director of the Accuro Mauritius office I am responsible for the Mauritian office as well as for business development into the African market.
As former Chief Operating Officer of a South African nationally based trust and fiduciary services company I have over 18 years of experience in South African exchange controls, tax, trusts and wills. I use this knowledge and experience when advising clients on how Mauritius can be integrated into their global structures. I am a regular guest on various South African television shows and I also present on trusts, tax and other estate planning topics.
I was the recipient of the 2021 Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa Chairman's Award. I enjoy spending quality time outdoors with my family and speak English and Afrikaans.
I joined Accuro in November 2021 as Relationship Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager in October 2023.
I have 14 years' experience in private client fiduciary services, with a background in private wealth management in the banking and funds sectors. I work closely with the directors on the Emerging Markets team to implement and administer structures for our high-net-worth client families and their advisers, providing a professional and proactive service covering a wide range of assets.
I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) but I also hold a degree in Visual Communication, so my spare time is used to indulge my creative side.

I manage our group office in London and chair our group strategy. I joined Accuro in 2019 from Taylor Wessing LLP, where I advised private clients as a corporate partner. I took on the additional role of Chair of the Board for the Accuro Group in 2023.
Utilizing the deep insight and strategic thought I have honed working in London, Singapore, Kuwait and advising Middle Eastern clients for 21 years, I work with clients to plan governance, succession and private wealth structures and solutions.
My goal is to bring proactive, culturally astute and purpose-led insight to families. I am a devoted father as well as a landscape and abstract photographer.

I am the Managing Director of the Accuro Swiss Office. After practising as a Private Client/Tax Solicitor in the City of London, I moved to Geneva in 2005 and joined Accuro, initially as legal counsel.
I actively participate in the development of the Swiss business and work with international families with complex trust and fiduciary needs. A fluent Russian, French and English speaker, I am now learning Italian to add to the array of languages we speak in the office.
I reconnect with nature whenever I can. Photography is my passion.

I am a co-founder of the Accuro Group and Managing Director of Accuro in Jersey. Earlier in my career I was a lawyer and subsequently a private banker.
I have worked in South Africa and Switzerland for extended periods. This background has allowed me to gain a comprehensive knowledge of working with and building long term trusted relationships with international families, their family offices and advisors. In my role I also sit on various forums focussed on sustainability and industry best practice.
My qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Baccalaureus Procurationis (BProc) Degree, Joint Advanced Diploma Int. Tax and Finance Centres, STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising and Association of Law Societies - South Africa. I am proud to be winner of the ‘Trustee of the Year - Channel Islands & Isle of Man' category at the Citywealth IFC Awards 2024 and named as a 2023 Who's Who Legal Global Elite Thought Leader for Private Client Trust and Advisory Services.
When not spending spare time with my family, I am an avid cyclist.

I am the Chief People Officer for Accuro based in our London office, leading the HR function across all the offices.
Joining Accuro in 2021, my experience spans HR and management consultancy across the financial services industry. I have worked in international businesses throughout my career, including Deloitte, Aviva and Bupa. My responsibilities include ensuring a quality HR operations service is delivered and a business-aligned people strategy that enables us to attract, retain and develop our most valuable asset: our people.
Simon Hart - Chief Legal Officer

I am Head of Legal across the Accuro Group, working from London and Jersey. I advise Accuro and high-value structures on complex tax, legal and commercial issues facing private businesses.
I joined in 2012 from HMRC, where, as a tax litigation lawyer, I had conduct of cases at all levels, including the House of Lords and ECJ. I use my extensive experience from private client practice in the City and 25 years of business and tax analysis to find compliant and pragmatic solutions.
I hold a BA in Politics and Philosophy and enjoy outdoor and family pursuits.
I am a Manager in Accuro's Jersey office, having been promoted from the role of Assistant Relationship Manager in 2023. I work with my team on the management of a variety of offshore entities including private trust structures, investment vehicles, and EBTs.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Business & Sociology from Aston University, which included a year in industry, and the ISCA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. Having travelled widely in Asia and Australia prior to settling back in Jersey in 2019, my free time is spent enjoying island life on the beach and cliff paths.

I am Head of Client Accounting for Switzerland and manage our Family Office offering, based in the Geneva office. I was promoted from the role of Manager - Accounting and Family Office in 2023. I deliver financial analysis for our clients across a range of jurisdictions.
I also provide tailored family office services driven by individual client needs regarding their personal wealth. My passion in my work is to present financial performance in an understandable and meaningful manner to all readers. Prior to working at Accuro, I have experience working in both audit and tax compliance in the UK, qualifying as a chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor.

I am a co-founder and CEO of Accuro Group. In 2017 I led the management buyout that galvanized Accuro as the independent, values-driven and award-winning business it is today.
I drive our international strategy, mission and vision and advise clients on estate planning, taxation, philanthropy, and trusts; protecting families whilst supporting their positive contribution to the world. I am the treasurer of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and sit on the board of the Fondation Pacifique, a Swiss charity.
I am an enthusiastic knight of the "Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin" in Burgundy, a keen skier and love to spend time in the Swiss mountains with my family. I speak French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
