Jon Eikel brings over 20 years of experience in the service provider industry, proving invaluable in his role as Chief Strategy Officer at AddOn Networks. As Chief Strategy Officer, Jon has over 21 years of experience in the service provider industry utilizing advanced optical transport technologies. Jon's roles include VP positions at Time Warner Cable and Wave Broadband. At TWC, he oversaw their critical rebuild of their west coast infrastructure, driving stability and scale across the region's Internet and Television offerings. Later at Wave Broadband, Jon led the operations of their multi-state optical and IP network, serving residential, commercial, and institutional customers. Jon's experience leading large-scale service provider networks across the nation provides him with an intimate knowledge of the complex challenges facing cutting edge serice providers. Under his guidance, his networks have helped serve over 16 million subscribers, and at AddOn, he continues making great strides in driving AddOn to resolve the fiber optic networking problems of tomorrow.

As CEO, Matt McCormick leads AddOn Networks to success through his leadership, experience, and innovative market leading strategy. Matt serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AddOn Networks, and is responsible for worldwide sales and operations, including end-to-end management of supply chain, sales activities, and service and support in all markets and countries. Having joined the business in 2005, Matt's career has grown in step with AddOn's expansion. Matt pioneered the optical transceiver business for AddOn - transitioning the company from a reseller of other network accessories to today's solutions based model. Matt continues to drive the brand and business with his unique insight, diverse experience, and passion for cutting edge innovation. As a key stakeholder and senior leader, Matt's leadership has been integral to the growth and positive culture of the company.

As CTO, Patrick Beard is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and spearheading all technical systems, production, and product roadmap. Patrick has a long history in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining AddOn Networks, Patrick spent a decade in the fields of radio frequency (RF), optical, microelectronics, and memory/storage design at Viking Technology and Metromedia Paging. Patrick's role as Chief Technology Officer focuses on the technical aspects of AddOn's overarching strategy; creating high quality, innovative optical solutions. He leads the engineering teams which have delivered award-winning optical solutions. Patrick's vast industry knowledge and hands-on experience provides a deep understanding of customers' needs, in turn empowering AddOn to deliver unique value to the industry. Scott Krzywicki brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operations to his leadership role as AddOn Network's CFO and COO. Scott has over 20 years of experience building and leading finance and operations teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. As CFO and COO, Scott oversees worldwide operations, accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, real estate, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions at AddOn Networks. Scott plays a key role in driving continuous process improvement across all department functions- ensuring optimal performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
