Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is an accomplished senior human resources professional, executive coach, public speaker, with leadership experience from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Her expertise focuses on developing high performance teams and guiding organizations through complex and challenging business transformations, including pre-IPO, rapid growth, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and consolidations. Her management roles span high-tech (Symantec, Silver Spring Networks, Cisco, Sun Microsystems), entertainment (The Walt Disney Company), and consumer goods (Frito-Lay). Amy's specialty areas include Business Transformation and Change Management, Organizational Design and Process Management, Business Partnership, and Total Rewards.
Amy holds an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations, both from WVU. Prior to Zynerba, Mr. Anido served as CEO of two publicly traded companies. Most recently, he was the CEO of NuPathe (NASDAQ: PATH), which was acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals in February 2014. At NuPathe, he led the company through FDA approval of its lead product, Zecuity®, the first transdermal patch for migraine, to pre-launch before successfully selling the company to Teva. Expertise
Heather Richardson is the Assistant Dean for Strategic Communications for the John Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. Richardson returned home to her alma mater in 2015 and has worked in both central and college communications roles, focusing on campus-wide marketing strategy and storytelling for University Relations prior to assuming leadership of the business school's communications unit in 2019.
Richardson is a mission-driven marketer and momentum builder who has reinvented communications in WVU's business school to align her team's focus with revenue-driving aspects of College. She has been a champion of rallying marketing efforts around the business student mission through building audience-based, streamlined communications to drive enrollment and engagement. Richardson and her team cultivated and executed an innovative vision to build momentum with alumni and students for Reynolds Hall, the futuristic new learning complex for WVU's business school that opened in 2022.
Prior to her time in higher education, she spent five years working for a public relations agency focused on community engagement, crisis communications, media training and building client communications strategies for Fortune 500 industrial companies. She was also a correspondent for West Virginia's weekly business journal.
Richardson earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and dual master's degrees in business administration and public administration from WVU. She was named to West Virginia's Generation Next 40 under 40 list in 2017. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, cooking, and keeping up with her spirited Sheltie, Duke.

Prior to Yusen Logistics, Michael had various C level roles with companies like Ports America, Southern Towing Corporation, Kontane Logistics, Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, Ceske Pristavy (Czech Ports), and he spent 17 years with the A. P. Moller Maersk Group.
In 2002, Michael's efforts led to the Maersk's quantum growth in Central Europe, and he was named to Fast Company magazine's debut list of "Fast 50: Global Innovators Whose Achievements Helped Change Their Company or Society."
Michael published his first book, "Logical Logistics - A Common Sense Primer for your Supply Chain" in January 2011. In 2013, he was named Port Executive of the Year by Global Supply Chain Management Leaders. He was just named a 2022 Top50 Global Influencer in Supply Chain and Logistics by Think360.
He earned a BSBA in Organizational Design and Development from West Virginia University's John Chambers School of Business and Economics and attended the Executive Graduate Education Program at University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
Michael is a founding member, and currently sits on the board of the Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund and is also a 17-year Visiting Committee member of West Virginia University's John Chambers School of Business and Economics.
Michael was formerly on the South Carolina Make a Wish Board and served four years on the Board of Governors of West Liberty University.

Nesha Sanghavi is the owner and president of women's collegiate clothing brands UG Apparel and chicka-d, which hold licensing contracts for 250 universities and can be found in more than 500 retailers across the U.S. She is a 2008 West Virginia University graduate of the College of Business and Economics, Magna Cum Laude and was named West Virginia's 2016 Young Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2019, she was inducted into the Chambers College Roll of Distinguished Alumni as the youngest inductee in the roll's history at WVU.
Born and raised in Charleston, WV, Nesha founded UG Apparel shortly after graduating from WVU with a degree in finance and economics. She was inspired to create her company during her many trips across the country as a WVU varsity cheerleader, where she noticed a lack of feminine appeal in WVU logoed clothing, and saw an opportunity to introduce fashion to the collegiate apparel market.
After graduating, Nesha worked as a financial analyst in Pittsburgh, while also building UG Apparel. Before long, she pursued her true passion to be an entrepreneur in collegiate fashion and left her finance job to attend top design school Parsons, The New School for Design in New York City, and went on to receive an AAS degree in Fashion Marketing.
In 2009, Nesha received her first university licensing contract and since then has become a force in the women's sports licensed apparel industry, growing her brand to include 250 university licensing contracts. Penni Facemire Roll graduated magna cum laude from WVU in 1988, earning a BSBA in Accounting. She is a Partner at Ares Management Corporation and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Ares Credit Group and Ares Capital Corporation. William R. Harker, age 46, is President and Co-Founder of Ashe Capital Management, LP, a hedge fund he helped establish in 2013. Before establishing Ashe in 2013, Bill worked at ESL Investments, Inc., a private investment firm, as General Counsel. From 2005 to 2012, he served as a member of the Office of the Chairman at Sears Holdings Corporation and in various other roles including as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to ESL and Sears, Bill was a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He has previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Sears Canada, Inc.
