Custom Insurance Solutions was founded in 2010 by Ben Walker and his former business partner, Pam Barkell, who were both previously captive insurance agents for AAA. They saw the value of becoming independent so that they could offer a fuller suite of products and solutions to their clients and could truly work for them, not the insurance companies...
