Born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela where he graduated with an honors degree in computer science and physical education, Alex was a eleven time national champion in the 110 meters hurdles and a member of the Venezuelan National Track & Field Team for seventeen years. Living in Miami for nearly twenty years, Alex's passion for this city and strong interest in Miami's extraordinary development has given him an intimate knowledge of all of Miami's different neighborhoods. Being in this field for the past ten years, Alex will assist you in selecting the best home for your family's needs as well as the best investment in the current market, in varying degrees of budgets. Julie is responsible for managing the operations side of JBV Advisors Residential division. Prior to joining JBV Advisors, Julie has worked in Real Estate Sales for over ten years specializing in the South Florida area.
Originally from beautiful Delray Beach FL, Julie began her real estate career working for her father's family owned and operated real estate company at the age of eighteen. Today, she lives and works in Miami Florida and finds fulfillment in helping clients transform their lives by finding the home of their dreams.
Outside of the workplace, Julie is an avid golfer and a former High School Florida State Champion and had the pleasure of competing at the collegiate level.
Julie is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the local community and has gained strong relationships with local Miami organizations. Julie's passion, drive, loyalty, and strong character sets her apart from others and makes her an invaluable resource when investing in Miami. Julie holds a graduate degree from the University of Miami.
