Hi Diana, yes we also resolve conflicts. We focus on interpersonal relationships working on communication, behaviour and how we relate. We help resolve disputes and conflicts. If it is about a dispute over financial, legal matters, rights or entitlements then we can't help. A lawyer or civil & commercial mediator would be best in such a case... We are a group of mediators who are passionate about strengthening relationships and resolving conflict. Often we are not as confident or as competent as we would like when it comes to managing conflict at work or at home. This site is about how we acquire better skills to resolve conflict and a better of understanding of what conflict is and how it impacts our relationships.
