Summer Honors is an academic and leadership experience for high school students between their junior and senior year of high school hosted by the University of North Georgia (UNG)... Summer honors is a unique experience that allows high school students the opportunity to challenge themselves both in and outside of the classroom. Students will spend the majority of camp completing a leadership curriculum that features courses taught by university faculty and adventure-learning. Students experience a rigorous academic and leadership environment injected with excitement and fun... Summer Honors remains the only camp in the region that offers both research-focused, collegiate academics along with leadership training. Participants identify their primary leadership styles and practice the art of leadership in our adventure-learning leadership curriculum, which is a vital and engaging part of your camp experience
