Since 2000, Drew Christian has handled over a thousand special education claims under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA") and the Rehabilitation Act ("Section 504"). He also handles collateral legal issues such as school discipline, truancy, retaliation, harassment, civil rights violations and disability discrimination. He currently has clients throughout Central, Northeastern and Southeastern Pennsylvania... Most recently Drew Christian has handled many issues involving failure to provide services based on COVID-19 closures.
