Dr. Chen Shanzhi is the EVP R&D of CICT,the director of State Key Laboratory of Wireless Mobile Communications. He has contributed to the design, standardization,development of 4G TD-LTE, 5GC-V2X system. Dr. Chens achievements have won multiple top awards by China central governmenthonors, especially, the Grand Prize of National Award for ScientificTechnological Progress, China in 2016. He is the Area Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal, the Editor of IEEE Networkof China Communications,the guest editor for IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications MagazineIEEE TVT,served as TPC ChairMember of many international conferences. Dr. Ouyang Ye is primarily responsible for AsiaInfo's research, development, and innovation. Prior to AsiaInfo, he has been Verizon Fellow and was Senior Manager at Verizon. He has extensive work experience spanning telcos, equipment provider, and software provider in various technical, managerial, and executive roles. His recent work is focused on the cross-domain innovation and commercialization of state of the art technologies of cellular networks, AI, and data science. Dr. Ouyang obtained a Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, a Bachelor of Engineering from Southeast University in China, a Master of Science from Tufts University in Medford, MA, and a Master of Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.

He is also the co-chair of the Technical Steering Committee for the O-RAN Alliance and was founding director of the xRAN Foundation before its merger with the O-RAN Alliance. Katti received his doctorate in electrical engineering/computer science from MIT in 2009.
