In 2001 Houston Tank Services, LLC was started and is operated by father and son, Ray and Scott Houston. With today's economic change, Houston Tank Services, LLC has also changed. Houston Tank Services replaced the tank fleet with a reefer and dry van fleet but kept the name and service... Houston Tank Services, LLC began as Houston Trucking Company in the late 1960's operated by father and son, James and Ray Houston. In 1977, after the departure of James, Ray continued to operate the business. The company grew from a five truck sand and gravel operation to a twenty-eight truck tank fleet.
