JAN HOSPITALITY - Key Persons

Jan Adámek - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
  • President of the Prague Convention Bureau
Jan Adámek was in the hotel business for many years as a hotel general manager. In 2003, he secured the acquisition of 5* Hotel Jalta in Prague on Wenceslas Square for a British investor, and three years later the acquisition of 4* Hotel Plaza Alta in Prague 7. He managed both hotels until 2010. He received the best hotel training in the British MaMaison chain, where he worked alongside renowned top manager Roberto Varsalona. Jan Adámek has also been president of the Prague Convention Bureau for several years, which seeks to increase the number of congress events and conferences in Prague and throughout the Czech Republic. After joining the real estate sector, he realised that real estate agencies don't usually deal with something as complicated as selling, buying or leasing a hotel. Conversions to square meters simply don't work here.

Jitka Pondělíková

Job Titles:
  • Real Estate Agent
  • Client Services
Jitka has been a real estate agent for 11 years. And not only that! Jitka has an impeccable sense of interior design and is excellent at managing the renovation of a property. In addition to her professional horizons, she also enjoys expanding her leisure ones. For example, she has added courses in ballet, Latin fitness and Latin-American dancing to her sushi preparation course. Her hobbies are not only about exercise, but also baking. Even her spoiled colleagues from JAN Reality can't get enough of her lovingly made goodies. But the most relaxing time for Jitka is the time she can spend with her grandchildren Nikolas and Tobias because family is the most important thing for her.

Stanislava Bártková

Job Titles:
  • Sales Manager
  • New Member
Stanislava is a new member of the Jan Hospitality team. She belongs to the group of people that are called ‘hoteliers from A to Z'. During her long, 32-year hotel career, she has worked in just about all areas of the hotel business. Her flair for business has pre-destined her for the position of sales and marketing director of a company that owns luxury hotels not only in the very centre of Prague, but also in touristic locations in the regions. She now applies her experience in this field to hotel sales, leases and franchises. She is very pro-client oriented, communicative, friendly and very responsible. Stanislava is a member of several professional associations, where she follows news in the hotel field. She travels frequently and enjoys visiting her daughter in Bremen, Germany. She enjoys dancing, photography, cycling in the south of Bohemia and, thanks to her son, is a big fan of rowing. Stanislava speaks fluent English, German and Russian.
