Cheryl Crespo

Has a history of working at senior level on driving strategic change programmes and has also managed portfolio offices. Cheryl enjoys planning and setting up new programmes including developing the governance and managing its resourcing as well as providing assurance on delivery of outcomes for the realisation of benefits. She also has a keen interest in risk management. Cheryl joined in March 2023 and is delighted to bring her experience from the NHS and beyond, to the team.

Dr Ksenia Zheltoukhova

Dr Ksenia Zheltoukhova joined our board in 2019, and was appointed as Chair from 01 March 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in research, organisational strategy and development, and is currently a Principal Director at Accenture. Ksenia has held a number of roles in the not-for-profit and public sector, including being part of the executive team at Nesta, and leading the strategic research function at the CIPD.

Gwyneth Macaulay

Gwyneth, a Westminster resident, has had over 37 years' experience working as a finance and transactional lawyer in City law firms. Read More » Until retirement recently she was a partner at law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) and head of their finance and banking team. She is an experienced corporate advisor having led numerous large scale transactions across a wide range of business sectors, both domestically and globally. Gwyneth has advised many boards and has strong corporate governance knowledge and risk management capability.

Joanna Cain - CEO

Joanna joined Citizens Advice Westminster in January 2021. She has over 30 years of experience in the voluntary sector in adult education, project management and advice. Joanna was Head of Learning and Organising at public sector union UNISON from 2011 - 2015 and Deputy CEO at the national education charity the Workers Educational Association from 2015 - 2020. At the WEA she was responsible for delivery of adult education across 12 regions, education policy and a national portfolio of funded projects.

John Robinson - Treasurer

As well as a postgraduate diploma with the CIPD and two masters degrees in Human Rights, Julie has a first degree in Government and History.
