Caroline Berry

Caroline Berry is a Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine licensed acupuncturist and designated a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelors degree in Biology from Loyola University of Maryland. Caroline has a passion for integrative healthcare and provides a holistic approach to promote overall health and well-being. She was featured in Acupuncture Today for her volunteer work performed during San Diego wildfires in 2007 and was awarded Best of South Shore Acupuncture Living for acupuncture.

Dr. Guang Hu

Dr. Guang Hu started studying acupuncture at age twelve in Tianjin, China. Since then, he has worked among and apprenticed with many famous scholars and practitioners of Chinese Medicine. During this period, he even decided to hide his identity in order to work under and continue learning from certain mentors for he had already developed a reputation and a following. His mission is and has been to promote Chinese Medicine and its benefits to both western professionals and fellow traditional Chinese Medicine professionals. Dr. Hu tries to enhance the recognition of Chinese Medicine through treating patients of both extremely difficult and simple conditions more effectively. His distinctive techniques have and are producing quicker results, with many different conditions, thus solidifying Chinese Medicine as a very valuable treatment method. Currently, Dr. Hu is the Chairman of the Department of Acupuncture at West River Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tianjin, China, just southeast of Beijing. There he has treated over 80,000 cases with acupuncture and specializes in treating patients in vegetative state, with liver cancer, lung cancer, and brainstem damage. His typical morning involves seeing between 100 to 200 people from 7am- 12pm! He has a vast amount of clinical training and currently travels to visit his many different clinics near and around the Beijing area. Dr. Hu also operates a free clinic in the evenings from 5-8pm in which he sees at least 50 patients and provides his expertise for underprivileged people. He is also on call for very difficult to treat neurological, gynecological, gastroenterological, endocrinogic, and pediatric conditions. He teaches and gives seminars all over China and is invited to many hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine institutions to share his knowledge and experience. His seminars are approved by the NCCAOM(the national certification commission for acupuncture and oriental medicine). Dr. Hu's unique approach combines acupuncture points from 14 classic meridians, empirical extraordinary points and Master Tung's points. He has developed much of his knowledge from his studies but most importantly from his own experience. Through expanding his knowledge of modern Western medicine diagnosis he is able to treat the following conditions with Chinese Medicine: paralysis from stroke, ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), pseudobular palsy, ADD/ADHA, Tourett's syndrome, cerebral palsy, Bell's paslsy, anorexia, incontinence, chronic cholecystitis, ulcerative colitis, asthma, trigeminal neuralgia and other difficult conditions. Dr. Hu determines what cases can be helped with his acupuncture methods through looking at X-ray, CT and MRI results. From these results Dr. Hu decides if he can really help the patient or not. For example, his methods were able to revive a recent stroke patient from vegetative state in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Ling Li

Dr. Ling Li has extensive training in both Western and Chinese medicine. She received her MD from Beijing University School of Medicine and practiced Western medicine for 9 years before coming to the U.S. She has treated patients with western medicine and also combined acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in China. She has a master degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from New England School of Acupuncture and is a licensed Acupuncturist in both Massachusetts and Florida. Moreover, she has 18 years of biomedical research experience at Harvard Medical School, Yale Medical School and UCLA Medical School with more than 20 scientific publications. Her research experience on disease mechanisms and treatment has substantially enhanced her clinical skills in acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Dr. Yi Song

Dr. Yi Song is a national board (National Certification Committee on Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) certified Diplomate in Oriental Medicine, a Licensed Acupuncturist in Massachusetts, and Doctor of Acupuncture in Rhode Island. She is also the founder and director of Hu-Song Foundation for Chinese Medicine, a non-profit organization promoting the concept of Chinese Medicine through seminars, media, and products. She is devoted to offering the essence of Chinese Medicine to the West through her private practice and her endeavor nationally.

Patricia R. Berglund

Patricia R. Berglund is a licensed acupuncturist in New York State and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a diplomate of Oriental Medicine with the NCCAOM (National Certification Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). With a life-long interest in Chinese Arts, coupled with the strong desire to help those in need, it was a natural and seamless transition into the study and practice of Chinese Medicine. She has studied Chinese Ink Painting with a Master Painter and has been studying and practicing Chan Buddhism for over 10 years. Before moving to Boston, she ran a private practice in Stockholm, Sweden. There, she worked with a diverse population as well as patients from the Clinic for Eating Disorders in Stockholm. She offered treatments at little-to-no cost to all patients of the Clinic. During Patricia's time earning a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC, Patricia worked at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases as an acupuncturist for the Initiative for Women with Disabilities (IWD). The program serves a high-need population of women with autoimmune diseases in a fast-paced and busy clinic setting. It is important to Patricia to offer a holistic approach to her treatments. Besides acupuncture, she employs other modalities such as; cupping, gua-sha, e-stim, and tui-na. She imparts to her patients how emotions play a role in physical health, how food is medicine, how mindfulness and meditation have profound effects on health. She explains to her patients how part of the brilliance of Chinese Medicine lies in it's customized approach to each individual. Patricia knows that by empowering patients with the knowledge to care for their minds and bodies...health, wellness and balance are ultimately at each person's grasp.

Qian Xue

Qian Xue has been practicing yoga, martial arts, and dancing since early childhood. Her mother was her first teacher. While attending college in China, she won first place in two martial arts competitions in 1997 and 1998. Qian graduated from Harbin Normal University in China with a B.S. degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science in 1999. Qian has been teaching Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Aerobic Dance, and customized personal fitness programs in the Greater Boston Area since 2000. She because a certified International Martial Arts Judge in 2005. She was recently invited to be one of the Martial Arts judges to select participants to represent the United States the 2008 summer Olympics that will be held in Bejing, China.

Shiri Ellenbogen

Shiri Ellenbogen is a Naturopathic Doctor and Biochemist with diverse background in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Reflexology and Biochemistry. She earned her Naturopathic Doctor's degree (ND) from Broshim Campus, Tel-Aviv, which is affiliated with Tel-Aviv University in Israel and her Bachelor and Master degrees in Biochemistry from the Department of Neurobiology at Tel-Aviv University. During her studies, Shiri received the prestigious Yafa Keydar Award for Cancer Research. In the past few years Shiri has founded and managed a healthy naturopathic food catering and participated in a series of shows on Israeli national TV (channel 2) as a naturopathic nutrition specialist. She gave healthy cooking seminars for patients in hospital, children in school and for private individuals. In addition she designed a special nutrition education program for children and their parents. Shiri is also a certified reflexologist and clinical herbalist, working with Western herbs and Bach Remedies and worked as an advisor at the Complementary Medical Services Department in Asaf-Harofe Medical Center, Israel.
