Andy has over 30 years' experience in leading teams to efficiently develop highly effective large scale cloud based data analytics solutions. He has substantial technology business management experience and a degree in Aeronautics from Southampton University.

Chris started his career in mathematics and has a PhD in Applied Mathematical Modelling from the University of Southampton. He has specific experience in the application of Digital Twin technology.
James has a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence with Engineering Applications from the University of Cardiff. He has extensive experience in the development of cloud based software applications for data analytics systems.
Jide brings a wealth of experience to this role to ensure the integrity and availability of data for Tonic's solutions and gains respect from all clients that he works with. Jide has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Manchester University.
Kate has extensive experience in senior HR roles. She has a passion for bringing new technology solutions to the HR sector. Kate has been working with Tonic since its' foundation, while also running her own consultancy, Kate Underwood HR.
