Angela Otley

Job Titles:
  • Practice Manager
Angela joined IPF in November 2016 as a trainee mortgage business support team administrator. Angela is now our practice manager and works closely with the Directors. Duties include allocating out tasks, cases and ensuring that all applications are dealt with in an efficient manner. She works closely with all the advisers, liaising with clients, solicitors, providers, and lenders. Angela joined us from a non-financial background and has progressed well within Insight Private Finance.

Anouska Lampard

Job Titles:
  • Personal Assistant - Directors Team
Anouska has worked within the financial industry for 23 years and is an experienced mortgage adviser holding the full CeMAP qualification. Anouska joined the IPF team in February 2015 working in the BST team, but has recently transitioned over to a Personal Assistant Role to our Director Simon Marzell. In her current role, Anouska works closely within a team that supports Simon, liaising with his clients, solicitors, providers and lenders. Her role is diverse seeing her provide support throughout the whole process.. Anouska's knowledge and experience within all areas of the mortgage advice and administration process makes her a valuable addition to the team.

Austin Spence

Since joining the industry in January 2001, Austin has gained a wealth of experience within the mortgage market as a fully qualified mortgage and protection advisor. Austin prides himself on the level of care and understanding of his clients' needs. Nominated for Portfolio Investment Broker of the year 2008 at the British Mortgage Awards, Austin has specialised in working with landlords to achieve their investment strategies and help them build successful residential and commercial property portfolios through his mortgage advice.

Emma Wilson

Emma has been involved in the property market for over 27 years, and having been in estate agency for many of these has the knowledge to guide her clients through all aspects of the purchasing and remortgage, and fully protecting themselves, their family and their property, procedures. Her wealth of knowledge not only helps and assists her clients so that they fully understand the process, they feel safe and secure in the knowledge that she is looking after them. This ensures that her clients come back to her time and time again.

Jaden Marzell

Jaden is part of the business support team (BST) working closely with all the advisers, liaising with the clients, solicitors, providers and lenders. As part of his role, Jaden currently manages applications from submission through to offer and completion. Ensuring the cases are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. He has also recently joined our Graduate Development Scheme which provides the opportunity for Jaden to study and obtain the required qualifications to eventually become an adviser.

Joanne Flanagan

Job Titles:
  • Operations Manager
Joanne joined IPF in February 2017 as a trainee business support team administrator. Joanne is now Operations Manager and heads up the business support team alongside Angela. She works closely with the Directors and all the advisers, liaising with clients, solicitors, providers and lenders. Joanne is responsible for daily finance of the business, and day to day management, along with a compliance oversite. Joanne previously worked for Insight Financial Associates in 2004, so brings with her the knowledge of the Insight Culture.

Joseph Zammit

A qualified mortgage and protection adviser with over 20 years' experience in financial services, Joseph specialises in working with property investors and portfolio landlords. Joseph's experience and understanding of the property market and property investment has enabled him to provide mortgage and protection advice to help Landlords develop large successful property portfolios. His attention to detail and ability to think ‘outside the box', coupled with his very high service standards has meant he has formed long term relationships with his clients, who continue to work with Joseph and introduce their friends and family.

Julianne Wallis

Julianne Wallis Mortgage and Protection Specialist Julianne is a qualified mortgage and protection specialist with over 10 years' experience in the mortgage industry. Julianne joined the company in August 2017 working as the directors personal paraplanner. During this period, she developed her skills and knowledge of the mortgage and protection market, managing cases from the outset through to completion whilst liaising with clients, lenders, providers and solicitors. This experience allowed her to develop her exceptional mortgage and protection knowledge whilst she also undertook her qualifications. Specialising in the Residential & Buy to Let property market sector, Julianne is committed to ensuring her client's mortgage and protection needs are met and providing a service that exceeds their expectations.

Kayleigh Vanderhoven

Rebekah Clark

Ross Baker

Ross is a qualified mortgage and protection specialist with over 15 years' experience in financial services. Ross previously worked at Lloyds Banking Group for just over 10 years and joined Insight Private Finance in March 2017 with a wealth of experience. At Lloyds, Ross received promotion after two years working at cashier level and became the youngest bank manager in the UK at the tender age of 18. Ross specialises in the residential property market sector, including new build help to buy shared equity scheme and shared ownership, helping many first-time buyers and home movers to purchase properties. Ross is committed to ensuring Insight Private Finance client's mortgage and protection needs are met and providing a service that exceeds their expectations. Ross also manages our Insight Private Finance office in Selby (North Yorkshire) along with continuing to service his new and existing clients in the South of England.

Safia Hartwell

Safia's comes to us from a Care background, her bubbly, friendly personality and positive attitude is infectious and lightens up the office.

Sharon Burke

Her biggest attribute is her can do attitude, and wicked sense of humor. She has previously worked in the retail industry, so brings with her, strong core values for the customer, and always answers the phone with a smile.

Simon Marzell

Simon has worked in financial services since 1990. His heart is firmly in mortgages and property investment; this passion has driven him to become successful within the mortgage and protection industry. He is determined that IPF' clients have access to the most appropriate mortgage and protection products the market offers. Through his leadership, IPF has grown to be a successful and forward thinking, award-winning Mortgage and Protection business. Simon is proud to work with some of the most committed, efficient and knowledgeable people within the industry. Simon is also the partner of Property Investor Partnership.

Teresa Baker

Teri has over 7 years' experience within the mortgage industry and has excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage her workload.

Tommy Leitch

Tommy joined Insight Private Finance in May 2012 as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser and Support Administrator. He came to us with a strong sales and advice background previously working in the insurance industry as one of the leading sales advisers. Tommy has built his knowledge in the mortgage and protection industry over the last 9 years and is now committed to ensure our clients' needs are met and his service exceeds expectations. He works closely with the Business Support Team in Harlow, to ensure all clients receive a personal and efficient service. Tommy has excellent communication skills and industry knowledge which makes him a perfect fit for this role.
