Ari's wine journey began as a newlywed couple living in Queens New York with his wife as they enjoyed tasting and learning about new wines each week by the Shabbos table. That curiosity grew into Ari ingesting everything about wine from books, to videos to tasting everything he could. Eventually that passion turned into a profession that began with Kosherwine.com. Ari worked there for seven years diving into everything about the kosher wine industry including tasting notes, videos, customer service, purchasing and running events. At this time Ari also started his formal wine education through Wine Spirit and Education Trust (WSET). Ari is now a Certified Level 3 WSET Wine Professional and was an industry leader into a program that is now offered to all Kosher consumers via Kosherwine.com. As Ari's knowledge and passion grew he started his own wine company that focused on producing Kosher runs with award winning wineries around the world that have never produced Kosher wine before. Ari continues to run this business today with wineries ranging from Spain to New York and everywhere in between. Ari wanted to work closer to home and partnered together with an esteemed Lakewood wine aficionado in opening The Cellar, a curated, customer oriented, full service wine and spirits store in the heart of Lakewood. Today Ari can be found either in The Cellar, in his Law office (yes, he is a full time practicing lawyer), talking to winemakers and convincing them to make kosher wine, or at home with his wife and four amazing children in Edison New Jersey.

Aaron has been working in the hospitality and food service industry for over forty years serving in a wide range of responsibilities, involving himself in all aspects from purchasing, preparation and presentation. His commitment is unparalleled, arriving early and staying late until every guest is satisfied and satiated. Please make sure to introduce yourselves to Aaron,his wife Lisa and their four children. where he received his Rabbinic Semicha. Rabbi Cohen, along with his wife, Peshi, and their three beautiful children, moved to North Miami to be a part of the successful, flourishing Kollel. They have taken on active roles in the fast-growing South Florida Jewish Community. Rabbi Cohen gives an array of classes throughout the South Florida region. From his summers at Sinai Retreats, to his current position in North Miami, Rabbi Cohen is known for his warmth, engaging personality and his ability to connect with Jews from all walks of life to help them strengthen, build and thrive in their connection with G-d.
