Bob Levenson

Bob brings over 20 years of experience in Executive and Leadership Development gained at EMC, Millipore, and Liberty Mutual, where he held a wide range of Learning and Organizational Development roles. He thrives on helping individuals and teams find practical ways to increase their effectiveness, solve business problems, and grow as professionals. In his most recent role as EMC's Director of Executive & Leadership Coaching, he oversaw all aspects of the global function and provided coaching to the company's top executives. The practice was awarded an International Coach Federation New England Chapter Prism Award for excellence in coaching. Bob has a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Boston College. He lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, with his family. He is a retired long-distance runner and enjoys his role on the Hopkinton Marathon Committee, helping the town host the Boston Marathon.

Dr. Chuck Berke

Dr. Chuck Berke, a nationally recognized and highly acclaimed executive leadership coach and mentor, has worked with executive leaders in the C-suite of Fortune 100 companies such as GE, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Millipore Sigma, the National Institutes of Health and Bruker Corp for more than two decades. A former Executive Director of a not-for-profit and successful business leader, Chuck possesses insights and broad global experience having created and delivered training programs in Italy, Germany, Poland and Singapore He leverages his experience to help his client's grow quickly. Sometimes known as Dr How, his experience tells him that most organization know what and why something or someone needs to change but often struggle with the "how". Chuck and his team work diligently with individuals and teams to develop practical and most importantly actionable solutions. Chuck and his team have an impressive record of success. As one of Chuck's coaching client/s put it, "The man gets results!" Owner and principal of Berke Associates for the past 25 years, Chuck holds a PhD and MA from Fielding Graduate University, an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University, as well as a BA from the University of Maryland, where he was captain of the swim team. He is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a designation held by less than two percent of coaches worldwide as well as a certified Stakeholder Centered Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith Company. A native of Connecticut, he and his wife along with their Miniature Schnauzer, Abby currently live in Fairfield, Connecticut and Singer Island, Florida.

Dr. Maureen Gormley

Dr. Maureen Gormley is a seasoned executive with skill, passion, and in-depth experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve goals while promoting a positive workforce climate. Over her 34-year career at the National Institutes of Health, she became an expert in organizational quality improvement, strategic planning, and leadership development. Having held positions as Chief Operating Officer at the NIH Clinical Center and Executive Officer of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, Maureen has led complex changes while overseeing a $2B budget and a 2,000 member staff. She is a frequently invited guest speaker and consultant on a variety of leadership topics within NIH and at other federal agencies, universities, and private organizations. Maureen has received the highest leadership honors, including a Presidential Rank Award conferred by George W. Bush. Maureen earned a BS in nursing from Boston College and an MPH from Yale University School of Medicine with a concentration in health services administration. Later in her career, she added a MA and PhD in human development and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, studying under national experts in areas such as management and leadership, team effectiveness, organizational change, and social psychology. Maureen is credentialed as an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation. A native of Massachusetts, she and her family reside in suburban Washington, D.C.

Dr. Paul T. Barrett

Dr. Paul T. Barrett, CPA, is an Entrepreneur, Tax and Financial Advisor, Executive Coach, Researcher, Author, and Educator. He has been an important leader in successful technology start-up companies, including one that evolved into a publicly traded corporation. Engaged over the last 25 years in coaching executives in the profit and non-profit worlds, he has written and published numerous articles and a book on business and tax issues. From 2008 to 2016, he served as Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Longwood University, the third oldest public university in Virginia, USA.

Dr. Shirley M. Mayton

Dr. Shirley M. Mayton is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Strategist with over 30 years' experience. She has developed and executed mission critical strategies for multiple domestic and global clients to improve leadership bench strength. She focuses on sharpening strategy execution by enhancing leadership capability through a holistic approach of coaching, training, and "hands-on" application, resulting in accelerated performance improvement for her clients. A published thought leader and an accomplished public speaker, she has delivered over 50+ presentations and webinars, covering topics such as strategic leadership development, building a coaching culture, developing high-potential talent, leading in complexity, and measuring the ROI of talent development. Shirley received a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, Ca. She has a M.A. in Communications from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University. She holds both a SPHR and SHRM-SCP HR Certification and is a member of the Academy of Management, with a special interest in applied organizational research.

Dr. Susan Auger

Dr. Auger has over 30 years of experience in human and organizational development, working across sectors to bring out the best in individuals, groups, and organizations. With extensive work experience and academic training, Dr. Auger specializes in cultivating leadership and communication skills to promote creativity, innovation, and transformational change. Her consulting services include professional training and coaching, organizational assessments, strategic planning, group facilitation, and project management.
