We believe that people shouldn't be too far removed from the production of their food and are proud to support our country's farmers. We source the majority of our ingredients from area and regional suppliers or directly from independent farms, so both we and you know the food we serve is fresh and farm-raised. Here are just some of the farms we use throughout the year: Springer Mountain Farms, Ashley Farms, Hickory Nut Gap, Grateful Farms, Twin Ponds Farm, Heritage Farms, Carolina Mountain, Fossil Farms, Manchester Farms, Durham Ranch, East Fork Farm, Joyce Farm, Mulberry Farm, Falling Bark Farms, Salmon Creek Farm... Although we're not a brewpub, all of our beers are local breweries or a selection of the most popular beers available with an occasional special for the season.
