James W Nelson started his career working for a General Agent; Word & Brown where he managed a Customer Care Department tasked with providing service to customers after the sale was made; it was there he earned the Service of Unequalled Excellence Award. It was also during this time that James established and cultivated relationships with various individuals directly and indirectly related to the Insurance Industry giving him access to resources and support that vastly improved his ability to obtain results. James has been working in the Insurance Industry for over 15 years and has been a licensed agent for over 10 years and believes his commitment to providing accurate and comprehensive information on Insurance products and being responsive & courteous to his clients at all times is what sets him and his Agency apart.
