Dr. James L. Flanagan has been helping people create wealth and reduce taxes for over 30 years. Jim is no stranger to hard work and brings this steadfast work ethic to all that he does.

Dr. Manning is a gerontologist, educator, and entrepreneur with a wide range of experience in aging. Lydia most recently served as VP of Gerontology for Dele Health Tech and formerly was a Professor of Gerontology at Concordia University Chicago in the College of Graduate Studies. Lydia received her Ph.D. in social gerontology from the Department of Sociology and Gerontology at Miami University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University's Center for Aging. Her expertise lies in complex issues related to aging and well-being. Her research focuses on resilience with additional interests in religion and gender. Lydia also works as a gerontological consultant, where she views products, services, and programs with a gerontological "eye" to help businesses and organizations be age-friendly. Additionally, she is a certified dementia practitioner (CDP) and an end-of-life doula.
