She has spent the last 28 years building her business knowledge and developing various skills along the way. She has created workflow management strategies to build efficiencies. While working as a lead project coordinator at ProVision Security, Holly learned firsthand how to manage a crucial department of a fast-growing startup. She served as the point person for handling any urgent issues that would arise daily. As Pipe Dream's Chief Operating Officer, she is currently responsible for tracking market growth and emerging technologies for opportunities. She analyzes industry rules and looks for changes that may impact Pipe Dream or its affiliates. While continuing to build the path to franchising Pipe Dream with CEO Jake Westling, she is also creating sales and marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness.

He's also into motorcycle riding in the mountains with his wife, scuba diving, and being active in his local small business network.
