Caroline Rose is a human resources and recruitment specialist with more than 16 years of experience gained in Australia and overseas. Having commenced her professional career as an occupational therapist and careers counsellor, Caroline quickly moved into the field of human resources. Relocating to the United Kingdom in 2005, Caroline took up a position with Reuters (today known as Thomson Reuters), one of the world's largest mass media and information companies. Caroline was an integral part of the company's human resources department responsible for approximately 6,000 employees. From there Caroline became the Senior HR Advisor for Liberty Financial, were she lead the creation of a new HR department for BEAT Home Loans. In 2007, Caroline launched her own HR and recruitment consultancy, CRC Recruitment Australia. She has successfully grown her client base to include large and small companies from around Australia and from a diverse range of industries including IT, finance, media, health, engineering and more. A decade on and it is still Caroline's original guiding principle of "client first" that continues to drive CRC Recruitment Australia.
