Michael graduated Duke University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He began investing in several development and rental properties from New York to North Carolina. Inspired by the growth in Durham, especially the downtown revitalization, Michael returned to Durham to pursue a career in real estate. Michael believes that Durham's growth is still in its early stages, and that the city center has great potential for further development.
