Bill Fleming

Bill Fleming is a fourth-generation Colorado native who grew up in Denver and attended Metropolitan State University. Bill has worked in the office products and furniture industry for over 30 years, and enjoys managing large furniture projects in a variety of industries including financial, nonprofit, and local government and court systems. Bill's clients value his long-term partnership philosophy, as well as his dedication to their workplace and their unique vision. Bill has a passion for the mountains, and likes to spend his time off in his boat seeking luring fish to his live well.

Bonnie Artim

Bonnie Artim was born and raised in Colorado, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Abilene Christian University in Texas. She spent ten years in retail store design, planning and designing Benjamin Moore paint stores across the country. Bonnie transitioned to the office furniture design world in 2016, and credits her upbringing as a cabinet maker's daughter, with hands-on furniture building experience, with helping her to understand the practical applications of furniture - how it is put together, how it fits into a space. Bonnie excels in providing layout solutions for tricky spaces, and building strong and lasting relationships with clients and coworkers. When she's not designing beautiful projects for Environments' clients, Bonnie enjoys being outdoors with her husband fly fishing, camping, and renovating a vintage camper. She loves spending time with her two teenage children, as well.

Cindy Bowen

Cindy Bowen has been in furniture sales for over 25 years, and she feels privileged to have learned from some of the best designers in the industry. With the Environments team, she has helped complete multiple GSA furniture projects, including a creative weapons storage project for the military. Cindy's favorite aspect of furniture projects is seeing a challenging need and finding the perfect solution, from very simple products to custom creations - and making a client happy in the process. Cindy has also enjoyed photographing a number of furniture projects, which has helped her see the function in a different light. She also enjoys other types of photography, from weddings to still life and architecture; she loves to travel and photograph her journey. Cindy is also gifted at creating all-natural handcrafted soaps, made with honey and beeswax from her own hives. She loves gardening and cooking, volunteers with Children's Hospital, and serves as the Neighborhood Watch Citywide Coordinator for the City of Aurora. Above all, Cindy loves her family and her faith.

Elena Sirpolaidis - CEO

Elena Sirpolaidis is a founder and CEO of EON Office, a Colorado-based office products supplier with customers throughout the United States. Elena and Van Young created the Environments division of EON in 2005 to address the company's growing demand for project-driven furniture and design services. Ten years later, the evolution and success of that division led to a new brand identity for a growing player in the Denver commercial interiors market. Today, Elena's vision for Environments Denver is to provide comprehensive, beautiful, and economical furniture solutions for organizations in Denver and beyond. Elena graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics. She was named one of the Denver Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" in 2013 for her civic engagement and business accomplishments. In 2018, she was named a winner in the Denver Business Journal's "Outstanding Women in Business" awards in the Large Business Owner category. Elena is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2013, a program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation; she is passionate about community involvement and serves as a board member and/or volunteer with several local nonprofit organizations. Elena is also a member of Women's President's Organization, a nationwide peer advisory organization for female leaders of multimillion-dollar companies. When not working or volunteering, Elena is likely having fun with her two children, her husband, and Henry, the Environments office dog. She loves music, traveling, skiing, hiking, cycling, yoga, and spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

Elizabeth Williams

Elizabeth ("Betsy") Williams has a 27-year history in the Colorado office products market, including 14 years of working in commercial furniture projects. Her furniture customers have included clients in the medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and nonprofit industries. Elizabeth enjoys building long-term partnerships with her clients and helping their organizations thrive in the midst of growth and change. A native of Austin, Texas, Elizabeth enjoys that city's musical offerings (and even sang with an Austin folk trio "back in the day"). Between client meetings, she enjoys practicing Spanish by audio lessons in her car - it's never too late to learn! Elizabeth also belongs to a worldwide group observing the many changes going on in the world today, which affords her a wonderful opportunity to make new friends across the globe.

Gregg Moore

A Colorado native, Gregg Moore has worked in the office furniture industry for over 35 years. He has represented a variety of manufacturers including Kimball, National, Global, HON and many others. His clients include organizations in the healthcare, energy and aerospace industries. Gregg enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking and biking. You can also find Gregg tinkering with cars and spending time with his twin son and daughter.

Heidi Baxter

Heidi graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. While most of her classmates searched out jobs in architecture firms, she knew from the start that a dealership environment was exactly where she wanted to be. Heidi has worked for a variety of contract and mid-market dealerships in Iowa, Ohio, and Denver; and she loves the variety of clients, industries, and projects that she experiences in a dealership like Environments. Space planning and working with systems furniture are her favorite parts of the design process. She enjoys the challenge of making everything fit within the client's space and budget, but most importantly, she loves to help create a space that perfectly matches the client's vision. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and her four very active kids, whom she regularly cheers on at various sporting and school events. She also loves catching up with friends, trying new restaurants, and experimenting with all kinds of DIY home improvement projects.

Jean Kruger

Jean Kruger has over 20 years of experience providing furniture, project management, and office design services to a wide variety of customers. From a single office to an entire building, Jean uses a consultative approach to ensure her client partners obtain the right furniture solutions for their space, budget, and schedule. In her projects, Jean helps coordinate Environments' work with architects, contractors, designers, and installers. She specializes in working with customers from the financial, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and nonprofit sectors. Jean is a Colorado native who enjoys riding her bike on the Poudre River Trail and along mountain byways, and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. She is an avid reader and relishes any kind of travel with her family and husband of 25 years.

Joseph Scott

Joseph is one of those rare Colorado natives who has lived in Colorado his whole life. He grew up very athletic, playing basketball, football, wrestling, and setting records in track and field. After high school he became a professional carpet installer, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, and eventually ran the warehouse for seven years at a Carpet Mill outlet. Environments was lucky to have Joseph join its warehouse in 2014, receiving furniture, scheduling installations, and managing many aspects of complex furniture projects. He works hand-in-hand with our interior designers, purchasing team, and operations personnel to ensure furniture projects run smoothly and successfully. Joseph has a beloved teenaged daughter and when he's not making things run smoothly at Environments, he loves to hike, fish, and spend time with his beautiful family in their brand-new home.

Laura McAfee

Laura is Environments' stellar furniture buyer, and has a long history in purchasing within our industry. She started her career with US Office Products for five years, and has been with EON and Environments for over 15 years. She tackles the high-detail work of ordering, receiving, and billing for everything from a single chair to multi-million dollar projects. She also handles all punch list items and warranty issues, and works closely with our interior designers, account executives, receivers, installers, and manufacturer partners to ensure our customers' complete satisfaction with their furniture purchase. When she's not managing the details for Environments, Laura loves gardening, canning, landscaping, DIY home renovations, and traveling to historical sites with her adorable daughter.

Marc Canady

Born in England, Marc Canady has been a Colorado resident for 45 years. He graduated from CU - Colorado Springs with a BA in communications, and began his career in the radio and TV industry. Marc transitioned to telecommunications sales and ultimately to the office products and furniture industry, in which he has spent the past 20 years. In those 20 years Marc has built an extremely loyal following of clients who value his role as a trusted advisor that helps provide solutions to make the workplace more productive. He has a passion for furniture systems and has partnered with California Casualty to provide school- and fire station-makeovers all across the country. A world traveler, Marc has visited four continents and 24 countries, and has been fortunate to see four of the Seven Wonders of the World. Marc is a gourmet cook who enjoys collecting recipes from his travels and enjoying food from all over the world. He is an avid SCUBA diver with over 150 dives, as well as a work-out enthusiast, hiker and cyclist.

Matthew Reaves

Matthew Reaves is a Colorado native and a graduate of Colorado State University. He has twenty-seven years of sales experience in the furniture industry and a Certification in Occupational Ergonomics. Matthew's favorite aspect of commercial furniture projects is helping his clients create creative and productive work environments. He has been successful with many large and complex furniture projects, and has the dedication, desire and education necessary to create the best solution for his clients. Matthew has a passion for educating customers about growing industry trends in sustainability and office ergonomics. In his spare time, Matthew would love to be on the ocean in a sailboat with his wife - but you are most likely to see him on the running trail, working in his garden, or watching his son play soccer.

Mike Lobato

Mike Lobato has spent 32 years working in the Denver and Colorado Springs office furniture market, specializing in furniture projects for the healthcare, corporate and nonprofit sectors. Mike has a passion for his customer relationships and enjoys seeing a project through from initial vision and product selection to final delivery and installation. A Colorado Native, Mike lives in the mountains and serves as the president of Dory Lakes Property Owners Association. Together with his wife of 33 years, Mike loves to mountain bike, ski, hike, and spend time with his three children and two grandchildren.

Nick Sirpolaidis

A Colorado native, Nick Sirpolaidis graduated from Colorado State University and has worked in the Denver office furniture market since 2010. He is experienced in a variety of lines including National, Global, Evolve, HON, Mayline, La-Z-Boy, Safco, and many more. Nick's clients include law firms, construction companies, national restaurant chains, energy firms, government contractors, and many others throughout Colorado and across the nation. Nick especially enjoys meeting the needs of his client while working within a budget. He is always amazed by the effect new furniture can have on a workplace and on the culture of a company. A former rock star (almost), Nick enjoys playing classic video games, reading, watching old movies, and exploring the city with his wife.

Pam Wagner

Pam Wagner has worked in the Colorado office furniture industry for over 30 years. Her clients have included numerous large organizations in the education, government, and commercial sectors; she is highly experienced in helping organizations maximize productivity in their facilities and workplace solutions. Pam enjoys whitewater rafting and ice fishing, as well as antique shopping and visiting second-hand stores to discover one-of-a-kind finds. Women's series motivational lectures through the Unique Lives Series are an additional pastime of Pam's, as are traveling to new locales and learning the rich history of each city.

Pat Hott

Pat Hott has been working in the Denver office furniture market for over 25 years, representing and selling many major lines including Kimball, National, KFI, Global, HON, Trendway, Maxon, La-Z-boy, Evolve, Paoli, Loewenstein, First Office and a variety of others. Her customer base includes small, mid-market and large businesses in various industries, including automotive, trucking, construction, education, financial, legal, manufacturing, medical real estate, shipping and the non-profit sector. Pat is involved in every aspect of her furniture projects, from product selection, space planning, design and project management to order placement and through the completion of the project. Her projects range from single offices to reconfigurations of existing furniture and layout of new case goods, seating, tables and panel systems, and more. Pat enjoys time spent with family, especially her one and only grandson. Staying in shape, working on home improvement projects, and always learning to cook are also hobbies of Pat's.

In her past 8 years with the Environments furniture team, Terri Kavanagh's passion has been delivering creative solutions that enlighten and empower employees in the ever changing landscape of today's office environment. Whether her client is looking for an entire floor of collaborative workspaces or just a single office solution, Terri digs deep to find the right style and fit for the workplace application. Terri's combined 25 years of furniture expertise with a consultative approach has given her the opportunity to be an invaluable resource to her clients. In her spare time, you might find Terri wandering the bike paths in and around Boulder, or enjoying wine and appetizers at one of Boulder's finest dining establishments with her groom of 25 years. Terri's favorite hobby is listening and singing to music; one day she hopes to audition for "The Voice", but only after a successful voice box transplant.

Van Young - VP

Van has spent the past 24 years in the office furniture industry, including a long-term sales role at one of the top-five manufacturers in the industry. He left the manufacturing side in 2005 to join EON Office and help create Environments, which grew to become today's comprehensive provider of furniture solutions, space planning and design, and a variety of related services. Van enjoys the challenge of solving customer needs within a wide range of budget parameters, and producing effective work environments for organizations of all types - from start-up companies to large corporations, healthcare and education providers, and other large entities. His tenure and expertise help Van understand the challenges customers face, and he enjoys helping them work toward a functional space with an emphasis on ergonomics. An avid motorcycle rider, Van has toured through many states and loves to ride in the mountains on any given day. He also loves to barbecue and prepare delicious dishes from his own creative menu.
