Dan Gillenwater is the principal environmental scientist and GIS analyst at Gillenwater Consulting and personally manages all projects undertaken by the company. Mr. Gillenwater has 15 years of experience in the fields of aquatic ecosystem science, habitat restoration planning, regulatory compliance, and GIS. His interdisciplinary education background and work experience has given him the robust skill set necessary to develop comprehensive project solutions and to be an effective manager of interdisciplinary project teams. He has demonstrated these capabilities by managing several high-profile aquatic ecosystem restoration and enhancement projects through the entire planning process, from conception to construction. In addition, Mr. Gillenwater has attained recognition as a regional expert in applied GIS technology for natural resource management, and is regularly consulted by government agencies, land management organizations, and private companies on complex GIS issues.
