Mr. Rosenthal's career has been devoted to finance and investment banking. He has been involved in multi-billion dollar transactions across a spectrum of industries. Beginning with mergers and acquisitions in energy, mining and natural resources early in his career, he was subsequently the sole underwriter for a 1,200 mile interstate pipeline, and has been involved in myriad transactions in structured financing, raising capital and investing.
