Kittelson Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization founded by Wayne Kittelson that financially supports students who face barriers to getting a good education... It all started more than 30 years ago, when founding principal Wayne Kittelson realized his dream to create an environment where transportation experts could collaborate through meaningful work, empower their communities and grow as individuals. While we've expanded since then, our unwavering values have always guided our approach... Striving to live out our core value of "examine from all angles," we maintain a company culture that values diversity by engaging a wide array of perspectives in our projects and in the makeup of our firm. We seek to be a space that's safe and inclusive to all staff who call Kittelson home. Through firmwide dialogues, listening sessions, and staff-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), we continually learn from one another and grow in our commitment to inclusion and equity.
