KOOLHOUSE PORTO

Koolhouse is a historical house built in the 19 Century . It is a private house that has been recently restored and adapted to host our guests. It is located 500 meters away from Casa da Musica and very close to Casa da Musica metro station, therefore enabling easy access to the airport or to downtown known as Baixa. It is possible to walk to downtown and it takes less than 30 minutes. Our location on the longest avenue of Porto is very well served by public transport , buses, metro and the Hop-on-hop-off turistic buses. In the neighbourhood there are many good restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, shopping centers. Access to the Douro river or to the seaside or to the Serralves Museum is very easy. Avenida da Boavista has paid parking during the weekdays and there are many paid parking garages nearby. We have a garden for our guests and it is possible to park bycicles or motorbikes inside. We do not have a 24 hour reception service.
