When our temporary employees are assigned to your company, we are responsible to collect time cards signed by the employee and approved by the human resources department at the job site, we calculate the hours and submit the timesheet report to our payroll department, our payroll specialists cut the checks to be delivered to our employees at their job sites... We are responsible to report all employees earnings on a weekly basis to the Federal and State of California Agencies, withholding of employee's taxes, and is our liability to pay the employer taxes. Including FICA/SUTA/ACA/Local governing taxes. We also, offer the employees with Health Insurance Benefits as mandated by the governing federal and state agencies... We are a staffing of temporary employees, we offer temp and temp to hire personnel, including payroll management, workers compensation coverage and liability insurance for all temporary employees at job sites assignment.
