Dr. Kelly Jeffers

Dr. Kelly Jeffers was born and raised in Lake Charles. She has always had a deep love for animals but it wasn't until she visited an aquarium on a family beach vacation in Florida that she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She attended Barbe High School and Louisiana State University where she received her Doctorate degree. After graduating from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jeffers was accepted into a residency program for Laboratory Animal Medicine. Although she loved her work, she missed her hometown. She joined our team in 2019 and was a great fit from day one. She loves all aspects of small animal medicine but has a special place in her heart for rodents and pocket pets. In her free time, Dr. Jeffers loves to read and spend time with her husband, new baby girl and two dogs, Zeke and Lily.

Dr. Lindsay Seffens

Job Titles:
  • Veterinarian
Dr. Lindsay Seffens grew up in Cameron, LA where she graduated from South Cameron High School. Dr. Seffens attended McNeese State University and Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Seffens' personal interest in veterinary medicine includes endocrinology and feline medicine (she is a certified member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners or the AAFP). In her free time, Dr. Seffens loves to spend time with her family and her yellow Lab named Coast.

Dr. Lori Willis

  • Veterinarian
Dr. Lori Willis grew up in Cameron, Louisiana where she graduated from South Cameron High School. Dr. Willis went on received her degree in Psychology and Biology from McNeese State University. While attending college, she found her purpose while working for a local veterinarian. She later moved to Baton Rouge to attend graduate school and apply to veterinary school. While living in Baton Rouge, Dr. Willis worked as a technician for the exotic and wildlife department at the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to practice. After two years, she realized that there is no place she wanted to be other than Louisiana. Dr. Lori's personal interest in veterinary medicine is dermatology. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and two French bulldogs, Gnocchi and Petunia.
