Exceptional customer service is my ultimate goal. I love to learn what customers really care about and delivering an offer that exceeds expectations. There is nothing better professionally than being on the receiving end of a huge smile and true appreciation. I have been striving for this goal throughout my entire hospitality career, which spans 12+ years. I am a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County, as well as served on committees through The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. I'm always looking for my next leadership opportunity. When I'm not exceeding expectations at work, I'm probably outside enjoying nature with my amazing husband, Russ, and our ½ Schnauzer - ½ crazy dog, Annie. On the weekend, you'll probably find us kayaking, hiking, gardening, camping, and anything that involves mother nature. I really love 50's music, especially blues and jazz and anything related to WWII history. I'm a true New Orleanian, so my philosophy is, "Let the good times roll!"

I started with Infinix right out of college, and I've felt at home ever since. With a degree in hospitality and tourism management, I'm passionate about traveling the world and building substantial relationships with the people I meet, and this flows into my work as a meeting planner. Maybe it's because I'm a twin, or maybe it's because I'm a hard worker, but I'm committed to working twice as hard if that's what it takes to execute fantastic meetings every day! When I'm not planning memorable meetings, I'm likely fueling my travel bug and heading off to the next city on my bucket list. During college, I studied abroad in Italy, and I still haven't been able to get over the thrill of exploring new places and cultures. If I'm not busy getting my passport stamped, you can find me laughing with friends and family, hunting down the best brunch menu in Dallas, or perfecting my never-ending Spotify playlist.

As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 15 years, I'm determined to make the experience seamless for you! I love experiencing the joy that comes from bringing people together and serving them in their meeting needs. My goal is to help our clients have great meetings and events by delivering exceptional service and managing the stress for them. When I'm not on the job, I love traveling, seeing live music, and cooking for friends and family. I take cookie baking very seriously, and during the Christmas season, I host a "cookie factory" with plenty of cookie decorating and cookie eating for all. One year, we made almost 1,000 cookies-I told you I took it seriously! For me, family comes first, and I'm always up for being silly and playing games with my niece and nephews.

As an industry veteran, I've worked in hospitality for more than 13 years, with experience that ranges from wedding planning to corporate meeting sales. I've succeeded in one of my biggest career goals by passing the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification (woot!). I love being a meeting planner because it has broadened my horizons and ways of thinking by exposing me to different cultures around the world. When I'm not busy delivering over and above for my customers, I love to travel! When I'm not globe-hopping, you might find me boating on the high seas, trying a new dish at a restaurant, checking out a live event, reading, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dogs, or just enjoying a nice glass of wine.

After spending several years in the luxury hotel and wedding planning industries, I've honed my planning skills and get excited about conducting meetings all over the world. Creativity. Attention to detail. Patience. FUN! That's me in a nutshell, and that's what I strive to bring to every meeting I manage. As a true "people-person," I enjoy spending one-on-one time with new people to learn more about them and build professional relationships that often blossom into friendships. When I'm not running a meeting or making conversation, I love going out to restaurants and trying new types of food and drink. I'm a big fan of live music and baseball games, too. In fact, I'm taking "take me out to the ballgame" to a whole new level: I'm planning on visiting all of the Major League Baseball ballparks across the United States! And although I was never a Girl Scout, I believe in always being prepared-I always keep one bag packed so I'm always ready for my next adventure.

With more than 10 years in hospitality in a variety of roles, I am a consummate problem solver. To say I like to solve puzzles is an understatement. I spend my days pouring through invoices, dealing with tight deadlines, and taking care of all government reporting. My head spins from seeing more international currencies than you can think of, but working with such a positive and fun team makes the journey so much fun! During my downtime, I'm typically trying the next new restaurant on the Dallas food scene or attending a food festival somewhere in the Metroplex - I'm always in search of that next great hot sauce. If I'm not out trying a new dish or making one of my own, I enjoy spending time with my family, catching the latest indie film, or reading a book on my patio.

You could say I was born into the hospitality industry - my grandfather and uncle owned a historic hotel and restaurant in a little town in Upstate NY and there are pictures of me at 2 years old tucking the sheets into the beds at the hotel. I've worked in some type of service industry ever since and even went to college for Hospitality Management. In the 20+ years since college, I have planned almost every kind of meeting or event from high-level executive meetings to awards programs or incentive programs in many different industries, and even large festivals. The stress can be high but I truly enjoy seeing all the details finally come together and knowing that the attendee experience has been exceeded. When I'm not planning, I am probably rescuing a dog or wheeling in my Jeep. I work with a great organization and foster dogs until they are adopted to their fur-ever homes. I am also very involved in the local Jeep clubs and we do lots of charity events and helping the community. My favorite time is spent off-road climbing rocks or playing in the mud and camping all around the country. If it's outdoors and social, I would probably enjoy it.

I stepped into the events arena 10 years ago while working for an exclusive London venue, and knew instantly it was a natural career path for me. Since then, I have worked in event production and management in a variety of industries, and I'm proud to have an extensive catalogue of successful events and happy clients behind me. With all event planning, attention to detail is the key to a well-oiled event, and this is something I truly take pride in. Out of work, I enjoy music concerts and festivals, and during the summer months (weather permitting) having a swim off Brighton beach. I also have an appetite for travel, so I'm generally always planning my next holiday!

Getting to know people and making meaningful partnerships is my passion. It's a thrill to learn of other's needs and how my sphere can positively impact those. If I can help one person accomplish a task, reach a new level, or just make someone feel better about themselves, it's an AWESOME day. My sales career spans over 20 years with more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where my strategy for success has always been simple…Treat others the way you wish to be treated. For the past eight years, I've been an active member of Meeting Professionals International where I have served on the Board of Directors and numerous committees for the Dallas/Ft. Worth chapter. In our business, no two days are ever alike and that's exactly the way I like it.
