Bill Lomanno - COO

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and CPA license, Bill Lomanno's career began in the public accounting industry. Shortly thereafter, Bill joined Paris Corporation as a staff accountant in 1991. Working in a company that fosters an entrepreneurial spirit provided Bill Lomanno the opportunity to progress in leadership roles from Accounting Manager to Controller to CFO with Sales and Operations responsibilities to most recently the COO of Paris Corporation. As the COO, in addition to the financial governance of the Company, Bill is responsible for developing, evaluating and implementing new business opportunities, overseeing operations of the company and the work of its employees. He also works to secure Paris' position by pushing to drive extensive and sustainable growth in the evolving consumer and commercial marketplace. Bill was instrumental in the building of the current corporate headquarters in Westampton, NJ. One of the many things- Bill and his team are proud of is their dedication to quality and service. During the move, the Paris team was able to focus on the day to day business, grow the business all while seamlessly planning, building, and moving operations with no negative impact to the customer base. Bill believes that anyone can make an impact on the business regardless of your role or level in the organization as long as you have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Gerry Toscani - CEO

As the second generation of his family to lead Paris Corporation, Gerry Toscani has seen the paper business undergo many changes since 1982. Gerry joined Paris under the tutelage of Dominic P Toscani Sr, his father who founded the company in April of 1964. He held multiple roles starting in sales then added marketing and customer service to his repertoire. In the mid 1980's, the Office Superstores exploded onto the scene, which then catapulted Paris Corporation into large stores throughout the country. Soon after, an opportunity for a joint venture between Xerox and Paris emerged. Gerry left to run this new business for six years until returning as CEO of Paris Corporation in 1998. He would eventually go on to purchase the business from his father in 2000. Under his watch, Gerry has brought many innovative ideas to Paris by launching the consumer division and establishing royalty and distribution agreements with OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like Kodak, Xerox, IBM, and HP. He also developed the DocuGard and Printworks paper brands and launched the hugely successful Weego Portable Power brand. In addition, Gerry established the Make It Better [MIB]charitable giving arm of Paris so that employees could participate in giving back on behalf of the company. With the program, Paris employees are empowered to support local charities, causes and organizations near and dear to them. He is directly involved with many of the organizations and serves on the board of The Joseph Fund and The Satell Institute. Gerry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in Political Science in 1982 and continues to learn every day.

Sean Jackson - COO

As Director of Operations, Sean Jackson responsibilities encompass supporting the Production, Maintenance and Distribution functions of Paris Corporation. His position focuses on creating better synergies and increased efficiencies with communication between all departments. His career began in the food and beverage industry in 1993 as a front-line employee for the Pepsi Bottling Group. While there, Sean held several different manufacturing roles in the quality control, production and distribution departments of the company. In 2007, Sean joined Lassonde Pappas, a private label juice and cranberry sauce manufacturer, as a Department Manager. After holding several departmental leadership roles during his tenure, Sean finished his career as a Plant Manager with responsibility of two manufacturing locations. Sean comes to Paris from Chelten House Products, a premium food manufacturing and distribution company for all natural and organic fine tasting pasta sauces, salad dressings, salsas, ketchups, mustards and host of other sauces and blends. As Distribution Manager for Chelten House Products, Sean was responsible for the storage and timely distribution of goods. This involved managing transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods to minimize loss and maximize revenue. Working his way up through the ranks of the food and beverage industry, Sean has worn many hats and established himself a key performance driver. Sean brings a proven track record of leadership, process improvement and employee development from his 27 years of manufacturing experience to Paris. Sean believes Paris exemplifies true family connection with pride and passion that resonates from the front-line employees through the Leadership Team. A true testament to the people of Paris' is the culture of an open and welcoming environment established by its founders to always deliver high quality, reliable products to their partners and consumers through hard work and dedication.

Sharon Hennelly

As Director of Consumer Sales, Sharon Hennelly is the drive behind Paris Corporation's increased footing into the retail consumer industry. In her role, Sharon works with the leadership team to set priorities for new business opportunities while driving sales strategy and market development for both brick and mortar and ecommerce partners. Prior to joining Paris, Sharon began her career in the lighting manufacturing industry. Working her way up from an entry level position, Sharon learned about all aspects of sales, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, and more. All of which she brought to her many roles within Paris. Over her 20-year career at Paris, Sharon has held several key positions within the company including Printworks Product Manager, Consumer Marketing Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and her most recent position, as the Director of Consumer Sales. Sharon continues to expand the reach of Paris Corporation into newer markets solidifying its placement as a leader in the paper industry.

Woody Cornell - CHRO

  • Human Resources Director
Woody Cornell brings extensive experience to Paris Corporation and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Before joining the Paris team, Woody was the Human Resources Director for Cherry Hill Programs, an industry leader in experiential photography (mall Easter Bunnies and Santa Clauses). Prior to that position, Woody was the Human Resources Generalist at Holt Logistics Corporation a service provider of commercial, accounting, marketing and technology services to marine terminal operators, warehouses, and logistics companies. As Human Resources Director, Woody oversees the Paris HR team which provides direct support to managers and employees in areas of performance management, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, safety, time and attendance, payroll, and company strategy. Her areas of expertise include HR Compliance and Best Practices, Employee Relations, Investigations, Organizational Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, Performance Management, and Policy Development. Woody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western Maryland College and a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active member of the Tri State Human Resources Association. Paris' entrepreneurial spirit and innovative practices in addition to its family centered company culture are what drew Woody to Paris. "Paris is constantly evolving and forward thinking.
