Martin Dunlop

As well as working as one of our senior Physiotherapists, Martin also works as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within a GP Practice. He has worked with elite track and field athletes across Athletics Ireland and British Athletics. In addition to high performance triathlon athletes, Martin has also worked within the Fulham FC Academy and with the Derry under 20 GAA panel. He is an Independent Prescriber and has a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine. He has a passion for the rehabilitation of running injuries.

Paddy McRandle

Paddy has an extensive background in orthopedic conditions, particularly the recovery following surgery. He is our go to as a fountain of knowledge on all things ortho.

Paddy O'Donnell

Paddy is one of Peak Physiotherapy's Senior Physiotherapists. He has extensive experience working within the NHS and is currently working as a MUSCULOSKELETAL Specialist within Altnagelvin Hospital and within the Condition Management Programme which aims to help people with health conditions who may have difficulty remaining in or returning to work. Paddy has a Master's Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine. He has worked with Olympic and International track and field athletes as part of Athletics Ireland, International Road Running, cross-country athletes, and triathletes. Paddy has also worked with local Gaelic and Hurley teams and County players. He is an Athletics Coach and has coached juvenile, senior and master's athletes to Ulster, Northern Ireland, and All Ireland titles as well as International Honours. Paddy has a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning and athletic performance and development and uses his vast assessment and treatment skills to help all levels of people return to their Peak.

Shane Collins

Shane Collins gained his Physiotherapy degree from UCD, he went on to study an MSc in Sports Medicine in Trinity and an MSc in Psychology at Leeds Beckett. He is currently putting the finishing touches to his MSc in Applied Psychology with Ulster University. Shane works as a senior physiotherapist with the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Donegal. He has a wealth of experience in sport and private practice including under 19 Irish Rugby Squad, Irish Rugby Sevens, Donegal Senior Football Team and City of Derry Rugby. Shane is a keen golfer, plays football socially and does the occasional half marathon. He is a previous gymnast and coach. Shane is an excellent diagnostician and has a keen interest in the emotional aspects of pain. He is providing top notch, evidenced based advice and management.

Steph Keys

Steph qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2009 . Steph has gained extensive experience working in the NHS in England across a range of specialities and has been working as a Senior Physiotherapist since 2013. Steph works privately splits her time between Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Women's Health Physiotherapy. She has undertaken several postgraduate courses including Spinal Manipulation, McKenzie Method, Pilates, Acupuncture and Women's Health courses. Steph has comprehensive knowledge of injury management and rehabilitation - she has also worked with elite and recreational athletes within Athletics Ireland. Steph is a certified MummyMOT®® practitioner that aims to rehabilitate and empower women after the delivery of their babies. She also manages incontinence, prolapse and pain and is a member of the POGP. Her specialities include pelvic floor dysfunctions, pregnancy pain, post pregnancy rehab which includes - Musculoskeletal issues, Pelvic Health, continence, prolapse and return to exercise, running and normal daily activities.

Virginia McLoughlin

Virginia completed her undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick and then went on to study an MSc in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University. Virginia has spent the last 5 years working both privately and in the NHS. She has worked as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist for 3 years and has furthered her knowledge by completing training in vestibular rehabilitation, tendon management, Pilates, and dry needling. She also has experience working in The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), USA, with a variety of athletes including basketball, lacrosse, and softball. Virginia is a keen Gaelic football player, basketball player and gym goer.
