Primo Piano and the Primo School of Music in Cardiff was founded in 2012 by Tim Riley... At the outset, Tim conducted all the piano lessons himself and has gradually evolved a system of group teaching that combines some of the best practice from ‘one to one' piano teaching along with more progressive group teaching techniques. He has over twenty five years of experience as a composer and arranger. He is continually writing new pieces and special arrangements of traditional melodies and classical tunes for our teaching partners to use exclusively for Primo Piano lessons... Learning with others is fun! Primo Piano's bespoke group-teaching system coupled with dynamic and experienced teachers provide the perfect environment for children to thrive musically and learn to play the piano.
