He has extensive experience in the oil/gas industry, operation as well as projects' management & execution. He has also considerable experience in HSE Laws and Regulations and wide management experience.
KATE LEWIS - Chief Legal Officer

Kate is the Legal Director of QB Legal. She was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2006 and prior to that was called to the English Bar in 2003. She has extensive experience as a lawyer mostly in the UK but also in the UAE. She was a founding partner in a firm of solicitors in London and is a consultant for a London based firm of solicitors and for a contract management company in Abu Dhabi. She has considerable experience litigating in the High Court in London on issues of public law. She has wide experience drafting documents and contracts for small and large companies. Kate delivered professional development training in London for over ten years and also lectured for a Master's of Law course at London Metropolitan University.
Yahya has got his law degree from University of Hargeisa. He has been an advocate for the last two years. He is an expert in litigation, consultancy, taxation, and legal audit. He is a Commissioner of Oaths base in Hargeisa. He has been in active practice since his admission to the Bar. He worked as legal consultant at INTEGRO CONSULTING. He has vast training in negotiation, drafting and management of the contract.
