Andy Stout serves as the Chief Investment Officer for RAA and our partners at Allworth Financial. Andy has earned both his CFP® and CFA, which are two of the financial sector's premier advisory designations. A native of Ohio, Andy holds both an undergraduate degree (Business Administration) and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, where he now also works as an adjunct professor. Married, and the father of two children, in his spare time, Andy coaches his children's baseball and basketball teams.

Fred joined RAA as a Financial Advisor in 2017. Prior to joining RAA, Fred served as Managing Principal at Resource Navigation Partners, Inc. He completed over 34 years of service at Delta. During his tenure, Fred was a Captain instructor as well as a member on ALPA's Retirement and Insurance Committee. With years of industry experience, Fred's focus is to assist his clients with their financial planning needs and to help them reach their short and long-term financial goals.

is a Pilot Representative for RAA. Brad joined RAA in 2018. He is currently a Captain on the B717 based out of Los Angeles (LAX). Prior to Delta, Brad flew for American Eagle from 1989-1994 and Spirit Airlines from 1994-1996, and began flying for Northwest/Delta in November of 1996. He has also flown the DC-9, A320, 757/767, and A330. He started flying in 1984 and served as a Flight Instructor while in college. Brad received his BA in Communications from California State University Fullerton.

RAA's Bret Butcher, CFP®, MBA, serves the Seattle area and has more 15 years of research and financial planning experience. Prior to joining RAA, Bret spent time as an advisor with Edward Jones and two boutique financial planning firms serving high net worth clients.
Bret received his undergraduate degree from California State University, San Bernardino, earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Riverside, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
"Easily, the most rewarding part of my career is guiding someone through the planning and implementation process, and then up to, into and through retirement," he said. Adding: "I can't emphasize enough that, when it comes to saving, it is always better to have a plan."
Brian received a B.S. Degree in History from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA in 1998 and then went to USAF Pilot training as an A-10 pilot with the Maryland Air National Guard. He was selected as an ANG exchange pilot in 2003 to be a T-38 Instructor with the active duty Air Force. He then came back to the Maryland Air National Guard in 2006 as an A-10 Instructor participating in multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently working on his MBA in Military Management from Trident University.
joined the PHH team in 1998, shortly after completing his career with Delta Air Lines. Buck joined Delta in 1970. During his 28-year career he served as line check airman, proficiency check airman, aircrew program designee (APD), senior instructor on the DC-9, MD-82, and MD-88 aircraft.
He retired on the B-767/B-757 aircraft as a line pilot/check airman in 1998. Buck joined the U.S. Army in 1963 and flew a variety of aircraft, as well as serving as flight instructor on the Grumman OV-1 Mohawk, the aircraft he flew during his tour of duty in Vietnam. He was released from active duty with the rank of Major in 1970. Buck received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in 1962.
Carl A. Youngdale serves as a Financial Advisor for RAA. Carl joined RAA in 2016. Prior to RAA, Carl was the Managing Partner of Advisor Financial Services, a company he founded in 1998 to serve the unique needs of his fellow employees in the airline industry. Carl holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia. After graduation, Carl served in the United States Marine Corps before being hired by Delta Air Lines. Carl is a retired Boeing 777 Captain.
serves as a Financial Advisor for RAA. Prior to RAA, David spent 19 years at Fidelity Investments, ADP Retirement Services, and Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was responsible for retirement plan sales for the Midwestern United States. David is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®️) designation.
Evan joined RAA in August of 2018 and serves as a Financial Advisor. Prior to RAA, Evan was with an investment management firm in Sarasota, Florida. He has been in the investment and insurance industry since 2003. Evan has a strong background in working with employment retirement plans and annuities and has experience in tax return preparation. Evan and his wife Anne have two children, Sabrina and Euan. Evan likes to stay active and workout. He plays ice hockey and is into running marathons and half marathons.
serves as the Vice President - RAA and leads the airline division of Allworth Financial. Gary joined RAA in 2016 as part of the Advisor Financial Services merger where he was a partner and CCO. Gary has worked directly with RAA clients in all aspects of their financial and retirement planning. Gary has served as Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Airline Strategy.
Gary is also a retired Delta Captain. Prior to Delta, Gary flew in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Commander from the Navy Reserves. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Economics and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®)
Gary joined RAA as a Financial Advisor in 2017. He has been an active personal investor in the financial markets for over 30 years, and began his investment career with a major broker/dealer as a Financial Advisor in September 2009, where he provided investment strategies and wealth management along with personal financial planning. He believes that the keys to successful financial planning and investment management are understanding the financial goals of his client, open and honest communication, and putting clients' needs and wishes above all else.
Gary holds a Series 66 license. He received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an MBA in International Management and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, where much of his coursework was in security analysis, portfolio management, and corporate finance. Gary is also a retired B757/767 Captain. He enjoys cycling, camping, soaring, and spending time with his family.

Prior to RAA, he worked for 10 years as a financial planner at a financial planning practice located in the Atlanta area that focused on Delta Air Lines employees. Kevin retired from Delta Air Lines in March 2019 as a A330 Captain. Prior to Delta, Kevin flew in the U.S. Coast Guard. He graduated with a chemistry degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy in 1976. He earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificate from Kennesaw State University and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) certificate from the American College.

Joseph Perito joined RAA as a Financial Advisor in 2018, and is currently a pilot for American Airlines, as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Joe joined American Airlines in 2000. Prior to his airline pilot career, Joe served in the US Marine Corps for many years including the Gulf War of 1991 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2006. He attained the rank of Colonel before retiring from the Marine Corps Reserve. Joe has served the pilots of American Airlines as Allied Pilots Association Deputy Chairman of the Benefits Committee and as a member of the Defined Contribution Committee.

The holder of a bachelor's degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, Joshua originally hails from San Antonio, Texas. "I come from a big military background, which instilled in me a keen sense of the importance of proper planning," he said. "In that vein, there is nothing more satisfying than helping clients build personal financial plans that help them realize their unique vision for the future." In his spare time, Joshua, a resident of North Dallas, enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking in the mountains with his beloved German Shepherd.

Karl serves as Director of Business Development - Delta Air Lines for RAA. Karl joined RAA in 2016. He has a passion for helping others, especially concerning the challenges and complexities of airline retirement plans.
Prior to RAA, Karl was a Client Service Representative with Advisor Financial Services for seven years. Karl holds a BS in Operations Management from the University of Arizona and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Karl is also a Line Validation Pilot for Delta Air Lines and holds the Series 65 Securities License.
Karl was an F-16 pilot in the US Air Force and flew 35 Combat sorties in Operation Desert Storm. He is an avid hiker and musician, and enjoys camping and spending time with his family.

Michael Kane is a Financial Advisor with RAA. Mike joined the RAA team in 2012. He works closely with pilots to evaluate their retirement planning readiness and provides solutions to meet their financial goals and dreams. Mike has over 22 years of financial services experience with Fidelity Investments, American Beacon Advisors, and Baker Avenue. Mike is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. Michelle Yates joined RAA in February of 2017 and serves as a Financial Advisor. Patrick began his financial planning career with Advisor Financial Services in 2006 while working as a flight attendant for Delta. He joined the RAA team in 2017 as an RAA Airline Representative. Patrick earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®).
His many years in the airline industry has made him especially knowledgeable of airline pensions, benefits, compensation and 401(k) plans for Delta people. Patrick enjoys working directly with clients in all aspects of their financial and retirement planning. He helps Delta people make smart decisions about money so they can build and protect their wealth over time.
After 31 years in the airline industry starting with Pan Am and then Delta, He decided to hang up his wings. It's been the career adventure of a lifetime and says that he's grateful to have traveled the world and experienced so much as a crew member.

Richard Winters serves as a Financial Advisor and Co-Director of Estate Planning at RAA with over 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RAA, he worked at Fidelity Investments for 15 years, with the last nine years working within the High Net Worth group helping clients with their investments and developing financial plans.

He has worked in the investment business since 1988. As a Financial Advisor, Robert is responsible for the day to day communication with the company's clients. Shane O'Brien serves as a Financial Consultant for RAA. Shane rejoined RAA in 2021 after working in numerous capacities with RAA from 1998 to 2007. In prior roles at RAA, Shane served as a Relationship Manager as well as a Financial Consultant and Wealth Advisor, counseling clients on their retirement needs. In between his stints at RAA, Shane spent almost 13 years at Fidelity Investments in various leadership roles working with registered investment advisory and broker-dealer clients. Shane has responsibilities for working with the broad organization to introduce RAA's service, capabilities and expertise to potential clients. Shane holds a BS in Finance from The University of Arizona.

Prior to RAA, he worked at Fidelity Investments for over 15 years and at E*TRADE for 6 years. Todd got his BA in Economics at the University of Georgia and his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1989. Todd is married and his wife, Cheri, stages homes in the real estate industry. He has 4 children and one grandchild.
