Andy Rozell graduated from Texas Tech Law School magna cum laude in 1982 and began practicing law in Harlingen, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley that same year. Andy's practice focuses on representing businesses and their owners in Cameron County, Hidalgo County and throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
