REAL ESTATE LAWYER - Key Persons
Ted is a 4th-generation California native who grew up in Orange County. He attended Santa Clara University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1981. He was a 4-year varsity basketball player at Santa Clara where he played along side former Laker player and coach, Kurt Rambis. Ted captained the 1981 team, and after graduating decided to stay at Santa Clara to attend its prestigious Law School. He earned his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the California Bar in 1984. Following three years of insurance defense practice in the Bay Area, he returned to Southern California. He started his own law firm in 1992 and has focused his professional development on real estate law since that time. Ted is admitted to practice in all the courts in the State of California.
